This was probably the worst accommodation throughout our Canada trip however I think Lake Louise is such a tourist spot that there isn't really the need for lodgings to upgrade themselves as they will generally be full all of the time. The reception area is a bit like a hostel but again, you get your key and pay the bill...

Front desk experience was nice and routine The rooms were clean but very small. Despite a small room the cleaniness goes a long way. When one comes to then Lake one doesn't go for the hotel experience. We go for skiing. For a good alternatives s not having to drive back to Banff the Inn is a nice place to...

I experienced one of my best check ins ever, followed by likely my worst check out ever. That really sullied an otherwise wonderful stay. We will not return because of the check out experience. The pub was adequate -- friendly service but average food.

Spent a weekend at Lake Louise Inn to ski and enjoyed my stay very much. The room was spacious and clean and had nice amenities (fridge, tea kettle, wifi, etc.). However, would not recommend the buffet breakfast - the hostel across the road serves better breakfasts. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the hot tub and pool facilities...

I have stayed at the Inn every winter for about 15 years. Sadly a lot of us are seeing a decline in customer service at The Lake Louise Inn. The front desk staff were below average in service and friendly attitude. The maid service/cleaning staff were way behind or non existent. Out of my three days the room got cleaned...

I booked one room with 2 queen beds and it was around $175 for one night! I was expecting a bigger room but when i git inside room there was hardly any space except those 2 beds. It seems even hard to walk in the room. Suites are definitely over priced. One Lamp was not working at all and one...

Front desk was under staffed and one person was under trained. Our first room smelt of cigarette smoke. It took some time to change rooms due to staffing issues. Second room was good. Breakfast for a dollar was awesome.

We stayed at this Inn for two nights to hit early season skiing at Sunshine Village. The suite we had was nothing to rave about other than the rare treat of a real wood burning fireplace with wood included. Double bed was hard and sheets itchy, stuck in middle of living room. Studio suite I guess. There was not a...
