I have stayed at the Inn every winter for about 15 years. Sadly a lot of us are seeing a decline in customer service at The Lake Louise Inn. The front desk staff were below average in service and friendly attitude. The maid service/cleaning staff were way behind or non existent. Out of my three days the room got cleaned... More

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were clean . The food was excellent in the morning for breakfast. Pitzza in the evening was excellent. Hotel is close to slopes. The reception staff helped with sking lesions for my 7 year old son. Overall a pleasant and easy stay. Very happy.

I booked one room with 2 queen beds and it was around $175 for one night! I was expecting a bigger room but when i git inside room there was hardly any space except those 2 beds. It seems even hard to walk in the room. Suites are definitely over priced. One Lamp was not working at all and one... More

Front desk was under staffed and one person was under trained. Our first room smelt of cigarette smoke. It took some time to change rooms due to staffing issues. Second room was good. Breakfast for a dollar was awesome.

We stayed at this Inn for two nights to hit early season skiing at Sunshine Village. The suite we had was nothing to rave about other than the rare treat of a real wood burning fireplace with wood included. Double bed was hard and sheets itchy, stuck in middle of living room. Studio suite I guess. There was not a... More

Tired property that needs to be refreshed. If you care about this, there is very little exterior curb appeal that simply looked dirty, really unattractive and boring lobby, expensive suites that were in disrepair and weren't clean. Housekeeping service was poor at best. The restaurant was no great experience, although the servers were very nice. Hotel location is great, and... More

We travelled as a family for a short getaway to the mountains. Took advantage of the breakfast for a loonie promotion. Enjoyed the Starbucks coffee in the lobby. Great service, friendly, helpful staff, excellent location and value for money. Hotel appears very well-worn and definitely needs updating. Rooms were clean and beds decent but very dated appearance.

We stayed three nights in a loft room with our 2 children. The setting was amazing, the beds comfortable (even the pullout) and heating was very good. The only area of improvement is the very small kitchenette if you are planning of self catering. We'd stay again

Too bad the kids didn't enjoyed much. They were expecting to have a dip in the pool hut unfortunately it was closed. Though they have given us a choice to have a free pool experience in the nearby hotel but the said pool is closed also due to some incident.

Amazing views and close to restaurants and shops via the Village. An hour walk or 5 minute drive to Lake Louise. Friendly staff and easy check in and check out. Only negative thing was the thin walls and floors, I could hear every conversation and every footstep when I was trying to sleep. Other than that, I only stayed in... More
