the Inn is the fallback for accommodations for families travelling to ski races/events at Lake Louise Ski area. The rooms are smallish and could be redone/painted etc. The beds are super comfy and quiet so for us that was fine as we were only going there to sleep anyways. Higher maintenance travelers may require more than what was offered. Some... More

Rooms appear to be falling apart, peeling wallpaper, mold covering the bathroom ceiling, dirty walls and doors, dripping tap on the tub and chipped and scratched surface. Food quality doesn't match the cost either. Overall, disappointed. Rooms definitely need to be renovated. Staff is friendly, only upside.

We chose this place for its close access to the slopes, and there were 6 of us traveling, needed several bedrooms and kitchen. We arrived here Christmas day and stayed until New Years. I had never traveled on Christmas and needed assurance of services on the holiday. This met all of our needs. Reception was friendly. We stayed in a... More

Booked a one bedroom with kitchen. It only had two burners and no stove so cooking was a bit of a challenge. Nice enough room. Good closet space with all of our gear. Found the room a little cold but it was -20 outside. Didn't eat at restaurant as not many gluten free options. We picked up our groceries in... More

I just returned from 5 nights at the Lake Louise Inn. We generally try and ski on the Family Day/Teachers convention weekend and stay at the Lake Louise Inn. This has been a tradition for 4 or 5 years and for a while the tired and run down rooms/poor food was OK because the price was good. While the price... More

This hotel needs updating and shows a lot of wear. The beds are horrible. Walls are thin. Shower head is too low. Breakfast is gross. Timberwolf restaurant is ok. Your better off to eat the breakfast buffet at the bistro at the ski hill. It's $3 cheaper, more selection, and better food! I was willing to overlook the poor areas... More

Oh boy. Where do I start? What a mistake. The rooms are dated and if you come in the winter, prepare to freeze. The thermostat will not go higher than about 20. The toilet leaked and the heater ticked all night long. The Internet did not work in the evenings. We ran out of toilet paper and housekeeping did not... More

The location is good but the room and everything stay in 1982. The hot tub is so nasty.the hotel is so big but only has this tiny hot tub. Stayed for 1 night. Check in & Check out went well. Staff were friendly. The Inn grounds are nice as is the scenery that surrounds you. The Lake Louise Inn is very dated. This was the cheapest option we found near Lake Louise. The room is basic and was ok for a one-night stay. Just remember to ask for a room on the ground floor if you have big suitcases because there is no elevator.
