We checked in here based on reviews on TripAdvisor. We've been curious about it for a while. We were somewhat disappointed. The bed was very uncomfortable and the only breakfast associated with room added $40 to the cost. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room is nice and if you like a hard bed this... More

auntylene: I am sorry that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. The hotel does offer rates that include breakfast and I am not exactly sure how that added $40 to the cost. I will review with the front office staff to make sure there are no errors in our published rates. Our mattresses do tend to be... More

Third time here, nice place, love the huge parking lot when I am towing my car trailer. Front desk very efficient and friendly. Renovations are well done, clean rooms and lobby. I did detect a strange odour when entering my room, sewer like smell. I like the room service menu on the TV, great selection.

One shortcoming is that I didn't find a control for the room temperature which was strange But as I stayed for one night it wansnt that important but it was a bit on the cool side If I were to stay longer I'd enquirer about this,

Only spent one night at this hotel. When I made the reservation the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and modern. I was volunteering at a casino so needed to sleep late in the a.m., very little noise with people checking out of their rooms. Even when I... More

Stayed 4 nights with a work conference, so took advantage of 6th floor amenities (breakfast and all day snacks.) King room comfy, with great bed, many power outlets, large desk, sitting area, glassed in shower, fridge and microwave. Never did turn on the large flat screen TV. Included breakfast not worth it being at the end of the hallway, offering... More

My husband and I travel to Calgary for business a few times of the year. We always stay at this hotel. The staff remember us, are very helpful, and are courteous. The food, at anytime of the day, is always good. The rooms are clean and very well equipped. It's just a great place to stay when you are away... More

The room with a spacious bathroom appeared new and modern. There's a wet bar right outside of the bathroom. The extra sink does come in handy. Overall this makes for very comfortable accommodation. The setting though wasn't ideal. This is in the south end of the town in the middle of an industrial ish setting. We knew about this when... More

We got a good deal on this hotel for a one night stay. We were thoroughly impressed with everything about it - the outside is scheduled for an upgraded, and could probably use it, because the outside did not do justice to the inside. Lovely lobby -fast and friendly check in. The room was absolutely beautiful - really well appointed,... More

Stayed here for 5 days whilst visiting Calgary for the Stampede and couldn't really fault it. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, plenty of parking and there was a free shuttlebus to the Stampede. We stayed in one of the executive rooms which was very comfortable and gave us the use of a separate lounge, in which were served snacks,... More
