The facility looked very nice as we drove up, greeted when we drove in the underground parking. The room was elegant looking and spacious, but the fireplace didn't work, took awhile for hot water at the taps in the bathroom(Shower was good). Bathroom door rubbed when opening it. Room was very quiet given the busy roadway outside. The breakfast was...

Excellent stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. Staff went out of their way to ensure we had great stay for our short visit. A lot better than staying at a hotel in the downtown core of Calgary. It's only a 15 minute walk from that area and right on the Calgary's trail/park system and the quaint Kensington village....

The bed was AMAZING! Lovely little Inn, close to everything. The bikes made this stay FANTASTIC. I can't wait to go back and I would recommend it to anyone coming to Calgary. I have stayed in a few hotels in this area and this was by far THE BEST!

Nice hotel convenient. Stingy when it comes to pouring drinks. Go elsewhere for cocktails. Food in the restaurant was a highlight. Service average. Friendly atmosphere Business or shopping location is good for downtown

Signed up for the love suite that came with champagne and chocolates for our wedding night. Excellent champagne (actually, a high quality Prosecco, but delicious none-the-less). Bed was extraordinarily comfy and the service was top notch. Rather pricey, but the perfect get-away for an evening after a long wedding day.

We stayed here for two nights on our arrival at Calgary so that we could rest the first night and then have a look around Calgary. Location of the hotel is ideal for walking into Calgary centre. All the staff were absolutely brilliant to us and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was extremely clean and spacious with the...

This was our third stay at the Riverside Kensington, a great boutique hotel with modern amenities suitable for couples only and a quiet, romantic getaway. Short walk to Kensington Village (shops, cheese and wine store) and downtown, across from Bow River. The suites are well decorated- ours had a balcony and gas fp. Friendly staff. Hotel needs to work on...

My partner and I had an incredible stay at the Kensington Riverside Inn. Right from the moment we checked-in, we were treated in a way that made us feel so well taken care of. I was taken aback when the gentleman who checked us in welcomed me back, as it had been maybe 7 years since my last stay. Our...

We wrapped up a 1.5 week Canada trip by spending the last two nights at the Kensington Riverside Inn. It was very convenient to get to from Banff as well as offered very easy access to the heart of Calgary via walking paths. The service at the hotel was five star and made you feel like you were staying in...
