My wife and I made a trip to Calgary with our 1,5 year old son in May 2013. We stayed at the Inglewood bed and breakfast for a period of three weeks and had a very good time there. Helmut and Valinda were extremely helpfull and very friendly. It almost felt like we were among friends in stead of staying...

I recently stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights on a conference. I picked Inglewood because it was relatively close to the downtown core and the rates were much more affordable then the downtown hotels ($200+/night). Valinda and Helmut were excellent hosts. The Inglewood is in a very nice community. To the west about 2 km is the city...

B&B Inglewoord stands out! It is a beautiful house in the oldest part of Calgary. Right next to the Bow river. We felt we were among friends. Great tips for Calgary but also for our journey through the Rockies. And a special trip with Helmut to see the nest with the young owls. Breakfast is fresh and healthy. The rooms...

Both were very helpful with directions and hints regarding places to see and and experience. The choice of breakfasts was a nice surprise - with something for everyone, artfully served. Nice area of town near the river - we were happy to use the B&B as a base for walking everywhere else in the city. Helmut was full of suggestions for things to do in Calgary, so we weren't short of options. Our room was a good size with a comfy bed and good shower. Valinda prepared a tasty breakfast...

Located in an old neighborhood of Calgary next to the Bow River and paved walking trails, this B&B is a model of what such lodging should be. Helmut and Valinda are as friendly and helpful as everyone has described. The breakfast menu is a changing one every day with three items to choose from but with lots of variety and...

Inglewood B&B is named after the local neighborhood, which for a time was the center of town until the CPR moved its main station to a location across the Elbow River. Inglewood gradually deteriorated into a scuzzy condition until people began to recognize the advantages of low cost property near the city center. Our hosts, Valinda Larson & Helmut Schoderbock,...
