Stayed for two nights in a Modern Polynesian theme room. The 10th floor was recently renovated and was very nice for the most part. The 11th was being renovated when we where there so a bit of noise during the day. Room was clean. Good beds, slept comfortably. We were not to impressed with the bathroom. It is quite small...

This is not my first time staying at this hotel and I honestly find its one of the cleanest I've been two. It was my first time in a themed room and it was the Polynesian room, very updated and clean. I was even pleased to receive a curtesy call to ensure the room was up to our standard which...

Stayed one night in the basic double room in the Canadian rail floor. Was told over the phone that price for the already over priced room included 4 passes to the water park. Apon check in I had to ask twice to make sure this was the case and we would not have to pay extra. During the night (3am)...

Thank you for staying with us this past week. I have inquired about your wife’s glasses with our housekeeping department who takes care of our lost and found. Your wife’s glasses were sent out in the mail the next day after you checked out. Please let us know if you have not received them yet; we do have the tracking...

I am from Edmonton and worked in the mall for much of my youth. I got the Sport Luxury Suite, which was expensive, but is about the same amount as one night in a small hotel in Florida. In cold weather we didn't need to leave, and got the adventure package. We did Galaxyland the first night, my 17 year...

Stayed here one night April 4th. Paid $500/night for a themed igloo room. Room was old, small and felt like a prison. The Jacuzzi as so gross we used it as a garbage and the shower was like a trailer shower. Elevators took 10-15mins so we used the stairs which you access from the outside sidewalk in front of the...

Thank you for choosing to stay with us during your recent visit to Edmonton. Our Renovation team has been working hard to provide the necessary upgrades to our guest rooms. Thank you for choosing to stay with us during your family trip to Edmonton. Our housekeeping department works very hard to prepare the rooms for early arrival requests. However, at times our guest enjoys their stay so much that extended check-out times can affect when rooms are ready for arrivals. You may have noticed during your stay that our Roman...

A very good place to stay over all the rooms are really fun and cool. our family really enjoyed the theme room. The only problem that we had was trying to find breakfast in the morning as the mall restaurants opened at 10am. Other than that was a very good experience

Extremely poor quality of service for the price. I am thoroughly disappointed in the lack of communication regarding the renovations occurring during our stay and no water access. I am devastated at the lack of concern the hotel demonstrated regarding my son being injured on their premises. I feel management cares more about making money (shown by the errors in...

We booked 5 nights, in the renovated Polynesian family room. After we booked the room we were informed of construction that was going on above our room, the hotel said construction was from 10-6, which would have been fine, if that was true!
