I a presently in my room at the Chateau Louis in Edmonton we came here for Dogs With Wings Puppy Grad held at the attached convention center. We are in a business king size room. It is perfect for a puppy with laminate flooring which also makes the room feel clean. Some carpets in hotels are so grungy. The room...

Lovely, comfortable room. Excellent piano bar with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Excellent stock of Scotch Whisky, which we sampled under the guidance of the staff who even sent out to their liquor store for a bottle that we wanted to taste. Complimentary breakfast has good variety of hot food.

Staying here now, was here for 7 days now and the food is not consistent. Wouldn't reccomend ANYTHING but the king Louis burger and the very yummy strawberry cheese cake. Other than that the rooms are very nice, very friendly service at the front desk and was able to accommodate me to get a fridge. Am currently booking another 7...

Was in Edmonton for a cource (also at the hotel) room was a nice size, king size bed, did have nice shams but only 2 small pillows, no spare for guys like me who like 2. The front end staff were very helpful for things about town if needed. The morning buffet (compmentary) was nice for a start of a...

My husband and I recently stayed overnight at the Chateau Louis. We had not been there in several years and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and overall ambiance of this older, independent hotel. The decorating might be a bit over the top in the common areas but the rooms have comfortable beds and are super clean. The full buffet...

ONE OF THEW MOST VARIED and extensive set of buffet tables were loaded with everything from seafood, roast beef and chicken, ham, perogies, ribs and more was a feast for the eyes. The variety of fantastic food was...

The beautiful conference center was set up very tastefully for an Easter brunch. Live Piano music played in the background. Tables were set up with white linen and lovely crystal. The Buffet was in three parts, Main foods, Fruits and breads and danishes, and desserts/ Excellent staff supplied copious amounts of good juices, water, and coffee/ The food was constantly...

I recently stayed here for three nights because my sister had medical bed rest (pregnacy complications) and needed to be near the hospital in case anything went wrong. The rooms were disgustingly dirty. The bedding had what looked like pizza stains on it and the carpets were full of dust and lint. The walls were cracking and the furniture was...

The hotel staff was friendly. What I loved about the room was the hardwood floors, the double sinks, included buffet breakfast, and very quiet nights. What I didn't love about it was that the management did not deem it necessary to turn on the air conditioning, and our room was over 23C most of the night, even with window open...

I stayed at this hotel because a conference I was attending was being held there. I was there only one night and was sharing the room with a friend. She had a shower at night. She related how as she was showering she realized the water was pooling at her feet. Turns out, the drain was blocked by hair -...
