My wife and I checked in while on a trip to a hockey game in Edmonton on Feb 14th this month. We were aware we would only have 2 single beds in our room and were okay with it. When we got in late from the game we found one bed had never been changed from a previous occupant. Dirty...

Stayed for one night to see the hockey game. The only thing positive about this place is , it is 2 blocks away from the arena. The hotel is old, elevators do not work we had to wait in line to get on the elevators. Hotel rooms are old and dingy( still have a bottle opener attached to the sink...

The hotel seems to be clean and modern until you get in the room. It could be that my wife and I happen to get a bad room but there were too many issues that I do not expect when the cost of the room is $179.00 ca per night. Before getting started on the room, there is an issue...

Definitely nice place Downtown Edmonton for business. Room super clean nice lovely with good amenities. Bed comfortable and super soft I usually like to compliment but there are some things that aren't correct so u will address them. Ice machine. It is written from 3 TD floor up ever second one. Unfortunately that information isn't correct. I walked from my...

Stayed whilst on business trip, arrived late and left early so little experience other than the room. Comfy bed and nice spread for continental breakfast. Reception staff helpful in providing directions to my office.

I stayed here again for a conference in Edmonton. Good location to walk to many different restaurants and pubs downtown. Very close to Rogers Place. Room was really comfortable. The only small complaint was the office chair in the room was kind of rickety and uncomfortable when you sit it on for a hour or more. Parking was good, but...

My daughter and I stayed for one night at the Sutton since The Sutton Place Hotel was hosting a brunch for her faculty. I thought it would be handy to just stay put. When making the reservation over the phone I talked to Amy. She was polite, knowledgeable and did everything to make sure we woud be well looked after....

Do not do valet parking unless you want your vehicle damaged as they park your vehicle where ever. Management will tell you they are not responsible for the damage so do your self a favour and park your own vehicle. Hotel was nice and was close to rogers place, only thing it has going for it.

I spent 2 weeks here for business and I found the service to be efficient and pleasant. All my needs were met during my time here, and Monique, my contact at guest services went above and beyond to make my stay great and convenient. I stayed on an executive floor and found it to be nice and quiet. I will...

It's an older hotel but renovated. There are no vending machines in the hotel so make sure you bring your own snacks. Ice machines were only on every other floor. There is no smoking anywhere in the building or property. There is no gym or pool. They do have a restaurant and continental breakfast. There is only a narrow side...
