Travelling down from Northern Alberta to take in the Garth Brooks concert, the Sutton Place looked like a good spot to spend the night, mainly because of access to the concert venue. Arriving at 3:15, we were greeted with a line up to check in, which turned out to be an hour long wait to get up to the front...

I stayed here during the Garth Brroks concerts. They were full 3 nights in a row, but at 3 & 4 in the afternoon - check in time - they were lined up through the large lobby and out the door to the street because they didn't have clean rooms. I waited over an hour in line only to find...

The pictures posted on the internet do not represent what the hotel looks like in person. Starting from the second we tried to find parking, no valets available, no signs where to park underground, to the slow front desk (only 2 staff and 10 people in line). It has not been an experience I would want anyone to have. And...

My wife and I checked in while on a trip to a hockey game in Edmonton on Feb 14th this month. We were aware we would only have 2 single beds in our room and were okay with it. When we got in late from the game we found one bed had never been changed from a previous occupant. Dirty...

The hotel seems to be clean and modern until you get in the room. It could be that my wife and I happen to get a bad room but there were too many issues that I do not expect when the cost of the room is $179.00 ca per night. Before getting started on the room, there is an issue...

Bed comfortable and super soft I usually like to compliment but there are some things that aren't correct so u will address them. Ice machine. It is written from 3 TD floor up ever second one. Unfortunately that information isn't correct. I walked from my...

Stayed whilst on business trip, arrived late and left early so little experience other than the room. Comfy bed and nice spread for continental breakfast. Reception staff helpful in providing directions to my office.

I stayed here again for a conference in Edmonton. Good location to walk to many different restaurants and pubs downtown. Very close to Rogers Place. Room was really comfortable. The only small complaint was the office chair in the room was kind of rickety and uncomfortable when you sit it on for a hour or more. Parking was good, but...

My daughter and I stayed for one night at the Sutton since The Sutton Place Hotel was hosting a brunch for her faculty. I thought it would be handy to just stay put. When making the reservation over the phone I talked to Amy. She was polite, knowledgeable and did everything to make sure we woud be well looked after....

Do not do valet parking unless you want your vehicle damaged as they park your vehicle where ever. Management will tell you they are not responsible for the damage so do your self a favour and park your own vehicle. Hotel was nice and was close to rogers place, only thing it has going for it.
