Chose this place due to it's close proximity to Rexall Place which we were in town to see an event there. The price was reasonable and walking to Rexall was within minutes. The front desk was pleasant, but the first thing I notice was the strong 'cleanser' smell when walking thru the doors. After coming back from the event at...

First, I would like to thank you for your review of your most recent stay with us. Although I am never pleased to hear of one of our guest having an unsatisfactory experience, I am thankful you took the time to bring your concerns to my attention. Infested with bed bugs, money was refunded but hotel clerk proceeded to tell me and I quote "It's not the end of the world, could be worse" She also refused to go in the room and see for herself, the bugs. I guess the bites all over me were enough proof. Absolutely despicable and uacceptable. They didn't even pick up...

This is an old motel that is quite well maintained. The room was a little cramped but clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is a free continental breakfast but no place to sit to eat it. Just 3 blocks from Rexall, an easy walk for concerts etc.

Mr. Skubovius did reserved a motel room online with us for May 28th, as stated on our website all cancellations must be cancelled online prior to 6:00pm on date of arrival. This reservation was never cancelled online and for that reason as far as I was concern he was a no show which occasionally happens. The online reservations are all...

I've stayed at the Eastglen Inn many times. The rooms are very quiet due to the concrete block wall construction and concrete floors so you never hear your neighbours. The single rooms have a couch with a separate bedroom in the back away from what little noise comes from the parking area. The staff has always been friendly and courteous...

The windows have no security locks at all There seems to be permanent low income residence smoking pot out side there doors. Police attended a couple of times. I was up every hour...

Thank you for your important feedback, I apologize for the inconveniences and disappointments during your stay. After an in-depth conversation with the agents that dealt with your issues, It became clear to me that your group came to Edmonton for the purpose to attend an Oilers game. Unfortunately, for some unknown reasons issues came up that prevented your group from attend the game. When you notified the agent approximately four hours after you checked in that...

I would never stay here again. It's noisy. You can here everything in the rooms next door and above. Cigarette burns in furniture. Bed sheets were torn. Rooms were not really very clean. But one thing I did like was friendly staff, pretty good continental breakfast.
