Leaves much to be desired. Parking situation favors the unending parade of tour buses to that of hotel guests. Mattresses have no support. Room heating is uneven; no wall thermostat. Only positive is location. But you could stay in Jasper with better lodging.

Dear 923diver, Thank you for your feedback on the Glacier View Inn. We love hearing from our guests about their stay with us. Our location is a very unique setting where our guests can enjoy the attractions during the non peak hours. One great thing about this area is that we are a short tour bus ride to those attractions...

Advise your guests that they can turn on the heat or air conditioning. Guest parking is too far from the hotel reception and it is difficult to manage with luggage. The Clerical staff that arrange the Tours are very knowledgeable.

Out of the world location. Overlooking the Athabasca glacier. It was totally worth the stay. Excellent amenities at this remote location. Food services and concierge was very welcoming. The Singapore noodles at the restaurant was so amazing. Lot of space inside the rooms. The furniture and all in the rooms are a bit old and honestly not that great. But...

Got stuck here somehow. The rooms are ok. They were ok to average. A bit run down and dated. It was quite cold when we came in. They cranked the heat but it was warm. The very worst is the food and what they call. Glacier Dining Room. Exoribant price for really ok cafeteria food. They will also automatically bill...

Convenient stop from Banff to Jasper. There is nothing else around so you have to eat here if staying overnight. There is a cafeteria and sit-down restaurant, both kinda pricey. Due to diverse guest population, there is a lot of Asian selection. Lunch in the restaurant is buffet. The Chinese food we got wasn't bad, mapo tofu very spicy w/lots...

House keeping had our door propped open with a house fan going from the window when we arrived. We quickly pulled out the second fan and started that one too but could not get the temperature below 25 degrees all night, even with heavy frost outside. I mentioned this to the front desk (have to wait around for them in...

The hotel has a nice location and can see the Athabasca Glacier from room window. The staffs are exceptional. It's great to have VIP privileges to access Glacier Adventures, and discounts for dinning.

We paid more than 300 to stay one night. We didn't sleep well because it was too loud outside. We were not able to see the glacier view. There is no fridge in the room. The bathroom is smelly. The overall experience is bad.
