This is a homely little hostel with super friendly staff and guests. This is what a hostel in the Rockies should really feel like! It is on the basic side, but not out of keeping with its woodland setting. The great kitchen, social area and private room more than made up for the bathroom facilities which are in need of...

Stayed for a night as accommodation in town was booked out. This hostel is located about a 5-10 minute drive from the main township and is accessible by car, free hostel shuttle (operates a few times per day) or taxi ($18 each way). I was in a 44 bed dorm and whilst I had reservations about it, there is strict...

We stayed here for a night. Despite having a booking check in took ages, partly because there were two couples in front of us but we still wouldn't expect to wait 30+ minutes before we were sorted. We later asked if we could pay for the Wilderness Hostels along the Icefields Parkway by credit card and were promised an answer,...

I've stayed at this hostel a couple times! Once in the female dorm, once in the mixed dorm. Both really good experiences. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean. The only thing that would be inconvenient for some people is that it's not directly located in town (approx. 7 min outside of it). BUT there are shuttles to help...

This was my first time staying in a hostel on a trip and I would love to say that it was a wonderful experience. Right from check in, staff and the facilities were great. They even have a BBQ and you can do bonfire as well( they provide the firewood at no extra cost). Common kitchen with lots of burners...

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, near to the gondola. Short drive to Casper. Rooms noisy. Large bunk room nearby. Kitchen needs some attention, microwave plate broken, so not able to use properly.

I stayed here with a big group of friends. There was a dorm of approx 30+ people. The hostel was rural but had facilities for campfire. The place was simple and basic but had a nice atmosphere to it. Place was clean and staff are friendly.

I was not real impressed with this hostel. The place could use some simple upgrades and improvements. The huge mixed dorm of roughly 70 beds is serviced by only 3 showers and toilets so it becomes a disaster area fast. One shower has a depression in the floor outside that becomes a large puddle and it seems most of the...

Check into the hostel was slow however the staff were very helpful at suggesting activities and things to do. The shared kitchen space was large and clean as was the communal sitting area. A quiet policy after 11 meant it was easy to get a good nights sleep. Sleeping in a 28 bed dorm means that there will always be...

Hi Jasper was very good. I felt really into the woods with a bunch of other nice and inspiring travellers. Staff was nice and fun (they do late check-ins, which happened to be quite convenient for us). The facilities were very well equipped and the bed they provided was comfortable and clean. Their place is really close to a must-see...
