Closed for renevations for 2019!!! In 2019, Whistlers Campground will be closed for reconstruction to meet the needs of today’s traveller. When the campground reopens, visitors will be greeted with a new registration centre, 17 new combined washroom and shower facilities throughout the campground, improved campsites, and wider roads for two-way traffic. Underground services will be replaced including water, sewer and electrical systems and many of the existing electrical campsites will be upgraded to 50 Amp service. Parks Canada interpreters put on evening shows all summer long, and a new interpretive trail running through the campground means it’s an easy walk or bike ride to town for an ice cream afterward. Those looking to rough it without getting their clothes too ruffled can reserve new Cottage Tents, where you bring your own food, drinks, axe and bedding, and Parks Canada will take care of everything else.

Nice campground, in the woods. Lots of privacy between the sites. The washrooms are basic, the showers were very high pressure interval showers but not really hot and quite dirty. Wildlife on the campground. We were there during elk rutting season so at night you could hear the

That is a great question. We permit three units per site, as long as they fit on the site. Vehicles are not permitted on the vegetation or to block the road. I hope this helps.

How much does it vist to book an otentik in late September?
Not sure. Best place to check is their website. We rented while we were there. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful.
