Stayed here the first weekend of November, staff was courteous and helpful. Easy walking distance to just about anywhere in Jasper. Rooms are a good size with very comfortable beds. Ask for rooms on the third floor, you will get some of the best views of any hotel in jasper (room 317).

Stayed 2 nights in this cute boutique hotel. It's located on the main drag, just a short walk to "downtown" Jasper. We stayed in a king room. The hotel has been recently renovated. The room had a microwave, small fridge and Kerrigan coffee maker. The bathroom was average sized. Our room had a balcony (no furniture) with a view of... More

Only spent one night here but this place is very clean and has a decent view as well. During our short stay we saw a maintenance guy touching up some paint on doorways and they were also deep cleaning a couple rooms with a carpet shampooing. Food in the restaurant was pretty decent also. I would recommend this place to... More

I have been at this hotel 3 times now. The hotel staff are great, and try to accommodate. The pool is very small, but it works. I love the fact that you can look outside in the morning and see elk walking the streets.

We didn't have the friendliest reception upon check in. Although we had requested a king size bed (we always do), we received a room with two queen beds. When I called down to say that we would like a room with a king we were told that we didn't book that and they didn't have one any anyway. Not very... More

Very clean and very nice as it has just been recently renovated. Comfy beds and good pillows. It's towards the outer end of the town but by no means very far from everything but definitely worth it. We were upgraded to a larger room as well.

We stopped in late in the evening, got a decent price on a room that was very comfortable with all needed amenities. Beds and pillows were very good, Dinner in the hotel were reasonably good too. Shortstaffed but the two young fellows kept running and seemed to satisfy most guests! Good help at front desk too.

Upon check in realized our room was directly facing train tracks - so brought this up with the front desk staff. They gave us a free upgrade to a slightly bigger room. Very clean and modern hotel that has a mini elevator. This hotel has a strange layout but they give you a map so you don't get lost finding... More

My stay at the crimson was wonderful. But on a Thursday night (6th of October) a young girl by the name of Eileen who was working at the front desk was very miserable. We asked several different questions to her like where the closet laundromats where, she was very spiteful with not answering our questions. So we sat in the... More

The hotel overall was satisfactory but beware the security situation. While the main entrance is manned there is a door at the end of the hotel corridor that is not locked and has no security or CCTV. One of our friends suitcase was stolen from outside the room.
