The rooms are very clean the staff are very friendly, the pool is super nice but always being used from open to close. I found the wifi was a little slow but overall I would stay here again. The buffet was a little pricy I found the food was a little over cooked and left to dry before it was...

Thank you for your candid and constructive review. We are most disappointed we could not rate a 5 out of 5 :-), but will certainly take your comments pertaining to your breakfast buffet experience most seriously, and have informed our culinary and service teams accordingly. We do hope to see you again in the future.

We stayed here on a recent family ski trip In Jasper. While it is not as elegant as FJPL, it is affordable, comfortable and has all th amenities- great breakfast buffet, hot tub and steam room, restaurant/bar. All in a nice lodge atmosphere. We've stayed before and will certainly stay here again!

This is a decent hotel and reasonably priced. Rooms were well looked after and verging on the contemporary from the recent past. Staff were helpful and courteous. Some aspects were not great though. The hotel wreaked of chlorine from the indoor pool (great for a warm dip though) and our 'hot buffet' breakfast was quite cold. Sawridge is on the...

Thank you for your review. Our apologies to the smell you indicated. The pool filtration system is actually salt based, but a chlorine solution is used twice daily to sanitize the pool floors. We are super thrilled you enjoyed viewing our resident elk herd from your windows! The distance to the downtown core is 1.4km, roughly a 15 min walk,...

Great room, nice and clean with a spacious bathroom. Nice pool and hot tub - also very clean.Excellent breakfast in a charming dining room. The best thing, however, was the stunning view of the first sun on the mountains when we drew the curtains in the morning.

We stayed here for 4 days in Feb/March 2017. We took our 4 beagles as they have rooms for people with dogs. The hotel is great. Nice pool and whirlpool, although the whirlpool should be warmer. They also have a steam room, with essential oils, that is fabulous! The rooms are cozy and spacious. Nice bathroom. Coffee pot and kettle...

Location is about as far as you can get from the downtown hustle and still have all the amenities within walking distance. Accommodations are clean and spacious. The included breakfast could be called "a brunch Buffet" as it is varied, of very good quality and unlimited quantity. The pool and hot tub looks clean and inviting but we didn't partake....

We stayed here in the run up to Christmas and were really looking forward to it. However, even as we drove into the town, we sensed it wasn't what we'd imagined: a row of shops and bars on one side of the street; a railway siding on the other. And all the hotels were at the far end of town,...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review after your stay Charlie, hearing from our guests is both appreciated and important to us. It is unfortunate that you found the Sawridge to not be as festive as you had hoped, as we did offer a lot of holiday activities for both adults and families over the holidays. We...

The Sawrdge, felt slightly odd, it is a bit away from the downtown, but still walkable or a short drive. The room was fine but a bit motel like and pricy for its quality, but during high season in Jasper beggars can't be choosers.

I'm staying at the Sawridge right now. I'm here with my wife, 2 children (boy, 9, and girl, 7), and our dog. This morning at breakfast, my daughter, without any prompting, said to me: "I think these guys are doing their best. They work really hard" . I asked her what she meant and she replied " well, there's a...
