Many, many thanks to Uli and Francesco for their amazing cooking, clean and snug cabins and beautifully maintained grounds. We brought two small children and some very strict dietary limitations with us - not only did the kids have the best time hiking, boating and playing with frogs, the meals created for our FODMAP free diner were incredible!

Thank you for the fantastic review and especially for mentioning dietary restrictions and our response to those. We can accommodate pretty much any condition, as long as we have a little time to prepare.

What a special place. My fishing buddy and I spent five days at the camp and had an great time. The hosts, Uli and Francesco, make every effort to make you feel at home and ready to fish. The food is spectacular. Nothing like heading out after a great meal to spent time casting to hungry trout until night fall....

I have been going to MLFC since 1978. It was always fun and the fishing was great. Approximately 10 years ago Uli and Francesco bought the camp. They immediately begin to renew the infrastructure which needed renewing. They built a wonderful new lodge overlooking the lake where we have meals, and can relax in a common room. They introduced solar...

Stayed 3 nights with 14-yr. old grandson. Rustic but ample cabins as described by others. Main lodge is stunning and comfortable, the meals are excellent and desserts the highlight for me, not one to usually partake in dessert. Uli's cookies and breads are fantastic. Her schnitzel won my grandson over. Fishing was good, lots of 12-20" trout with bigger ones...

We happened upon this place by searching the web. not knowing what to expect we left our Maple Valley Wash. area for the trip. It was a 7 hour drive and when we arrived we were greeted by Francesco...

Meadow Lakes Fishing Camp has been a part of our vacation plans since 1986. The present owners, Uli and Francesco, have operated the camp for the last ten years and are very pleasant and hospitable hosts--seeing that every cabin has it's supply of firewood, water and lanterns and providing scrumptious meals in the main lodge. The cabins are cozy and...

Well.......this is my fourth visit to MLFC and I already have a reservation for next year. My husband "used" to go fishing at MLFC twice a year without me. Thought I would "try" four years ago. Loved EVERYTHING about it. The food is fabulous, the fishing remarkable, the beauty remarkable and most of all the hosts, Uli and Francesco cannot...

We went to celebrate our 20th anniversary because the camp where we honeymooned at had closed down. Our trip was spur of the moment and they accommodated us even though the main lodge was being stained and the camp was basically shut down. Francesco and Uli made our stay as special as the honeymoon and more. They really make you...

Once again Meadow Lake Fishing Camp was a treat to visit and fish. The hosts, Uli and Francesco just get better with time and the food and hospitality are top notch.
