It was 2 days stay and the place was really cozy and nice cuz the room was clean and staff were kind and friendly. The best thing is the breakfast they provided. I had omelet and it was delicious and well-priced.

Their facilities are great and the staff are friendly. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable and came with everything I needed for the weekend. They have a Keurig machine in the room and they refill the capsules daily. I enjoyed having a cup of coffee in the morning before going out to explore the town. They also have a...

We stayed in one of the bigger room and it was great for 4 ppl. The bathroom was little small but it was still just fine for us. The rooms were very clean and neat, loved the fact there's many lights and mirrors at every corner of the room. Breakfast was small portion but was worth the price so we...

Spent 2 nights here and enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, our room was tidied when we came back very nicely and the $5 breakfast menu was pretty awesome. I recommend the egg and cheese omelet! Didn't get a chance to use it but there was a fitness room on our floor and found out the tap water in...

Stayed here while my home was being made wheelchair accessible. The room was comfortable and worked well even though my 28" wide wheelchair didn't quite fit through the bathroom door. All of the staff were pleasant and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was good, especially if you like fish tacos.

This was one of the noisiest hotels we have ever stayed in. The old timber frame structure transmits noise from the adjacent highway, between rooms, corridors and floors. The heating and refrigerator units are also noisy in the rooms. We needed a good night sleep on a business trip and didn't get it. In addition it seems to attract kids...

Thank you for your opinion. Here is the history about the hotel. It as constructed in 1980 out of concrete & steel beams with 8" walls. A standard then & a standard now. The heating units in the rooms are 1.5 years old & the mini fridge's are 2 years old. The Cowichan Valley is a huge hockey/sports town. Just...

We needed a convenient place for one night to visit friends and relatives in Duncan. This place is next to the highway - a two story building with an attached restaurant and lounge. We were worried about road noise over night. But we were given a room at the back, and heard nothing. The room was clean, the queen-size bed...

This hotel is located right off the highway, so it can get rather noisy at night time. The hotel was completely booked solid so I was unable to switch rooms - no earplugs provided or sold at the kiosk downstairs. Internet is slow/doesn't connect - would not recommend if you're travelling for business.

Thank you for your review. The highway traffic is something unfortunately we cannot control hence the noise. We do have complimentary ear plugs available at our front desk for people who are light sleeper. Our internet is has been great up until a few weeks ago when there was an upgrade. Our IT company has since identified the problem, which...

The room was sufficient. Nothing special and the bathroom was kinda small and old but it was just fine. The bed had a duvet which was much nicer than those horrible sheets. No breakfast included but for our purpose that was fine. We stayed here because it was close to shawnigan lake (20 min) and we came from the lower...
