Fantastic view! Sunrises spectacular over the water. Eagles overhead. Lovely hosts! Good food. Peaceful setting away from the busyness but close to everything. Comfortable bed. Bathroom big enough to have a party in!!! Small kitchen area! Ice was made for my drinks. We had a wonderful stay at Hammond Bay Oceanside B&B. Karen & Bill made us feel right at...

My husband does not care for bed and breakfast but this was incredible. You have your own private entrance. The view was spectacular. I didn't close the curtains at night just to see the view. The hosts were incredible. Great breakfast. Fishing with Andrew Luch was great. My husband had a great time and went home with a nice salmon....

My husband and I stayed in the bayside room for 4 nights at the end of August. The room is beautifully decorated. The bathroom is very large and has a huge counter and plenty of storage. It has a private entry and outside seating. The outdoor seating area has blankets and candles. it's a great place to just sit and...

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights at the end of August, and we were both bowled over by the house, the lovely view from the patio, and the friendliness of Karen and Bill. Instead of the usual room and en suite, we had a kitchen diner, a cosy sitting room and our own private patio, all kitted...

We spent two nights in the fabulous Oceanside 'room'. The 'room' was actually like a self contained apartment with its own entrance, private outside sitting area, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The view from the bedroom, living room and outside area is gorgeous as you look out to the ocean and across to the mountains on the mainland. Karen...

Great breakfasts, outstanding view, and friendly service by Karen and Bill. The units are nice and private and suitable for sharing by groups. There is a private room and two rooms that each have private baths with a shared living room and kitchen. We stayed here with friends and paddled our three tandem kayaks from the nearby boat launch to...

We spent two nights in the Bayside Room, which is the smaller of the two accomodations. We arrived after dark and were awed the next morning when we looked out the window at the beautiful view of Shack Island and the Strait of Georgia behind it. What a way to start a weekend! We enjoyed walking the beach at low...

Stayed here during Christmas and it was super fantastic to say the least. My wife's first time in a B&B and she did not know what to expect.. and I must say they set the bar pretty high for our next B&B experience. Its a wonderful place, and it was lucky for us that we received an upgrade to a...

Thank you for making our 2-night stay a treasure to be remembered. Seeing the Alaska-bound cruise ships, with Shanty Island as foreground, was incredible, as were the blackberries at the beach below the house.

Just a beautiful Bed & Breakfast in Nanaimo with a great view on the sea and direct access to the stoney beach. The rooms are nicley decorated with good sence for detail. We enjoyed our three day stay very much, gasping at the beauty of the sea while having a rich breakfast.. The B&B is located only 10 Minutes away...
