We stayed at this hotel for a little staycation in the city. The hotel looks as though it was recently renovated and we were impressed with the rooms. It isn't often that you find rooms like this outside of of downtown Vancouver. Only drawback was that parking was not included/was not at a discounted rate, however, considering the cost of...

I stayed in this hotel on December 2016, When I booked this hotel through Booking, it said the hotel room come with a balcony. But they gave me a room without balcony. I found out that not all the rooms in this hotel have balcony. Their ad is kind of misleading. Be aware if you want a balcony in your...

Dear WG2008, I'm sorry to read your disappointment with your recent stays at the Inn at the Quay. 110 of the 126 rooms do have balconies. In the future you may wish to book directly and request a balcony room and have that noted on your reservation. Third party bookings are "run of the house". As for your April visit,...

We've stayed here twice now - both times the price was reasonable, at a great location, close to wonderful restaurants and markets and it's very comfortable and clean. There is a beautiful view of the river. I am always worried about mold as I am highly sensitive, but this place is really clean. There was loud wedding on the second...

During a last minute business trip, I booked this hotel over our corporate rates as I was intrigued by the high star rating and interesting location. Needless to say, this hotel is substandard and absolutely not worth the money. The lobby has an odd smell and the decor is straight from last decade. The front staff were nice enough but...

Dear Kondy1, I'm sorry to read that you did not enjoy your recent stay with us. Should you wish to discuss further I can be reached at my direct line 604-523-3502. The Inn at the Quay is an independent hotel and we market ourselves accordingly. Boring beige is not part of our colour scheme, which is why you find the...

Once again we stayed at the Inn at the Quay. We love this hotel! It is clean and the views are wonderful. We can lay in bed and watch the tugs go up and down the Fraser River, see the Skytrain cross the bridge, watch the people in the market. This time we stayed over a week and enjoyed our...

The good: Location was good for our needs, close to transit, close to some very good restaurants, nice view of a working river, we had reservation so check-in was quick and simple... The NOT so good: There was only one(1) elevator working out of two(2) from the lobby to floors above; House Keeping seemed to lack skills;...also used guest elevator(s)...

We stayed in a river view room with a jacuzzi last week and just loved the hotel and the room. It was very large and spacious, and had a long desk where both my husband and I could comfortably set up our laptops. The room had a river view and a small deck with chairs, which I wish we'd had...

We stayed in the Inn @ the Quay last weekend, in a lovely, clean, spacious guestroom overlooking the water. Check-in staff were very friendly and accommodating. This location is so convenient! Right beside the Quay and above a restaurant, there are plenty of dining options close by. The skytrain is right there as well, so you can come and go...

The Inn at the Quay is located on the north shore of the Fraser River in the Quayside area of New Westminster. It is a short walk to several good restaurants and shops, and literally spans a lovely river boardwalk. Our room had a fabulous view of the Fraser and local mountains. The room was spacious and had a large...

I picked this hotel because it was near businesses I needed to visit. There aren't many hotels near the industrial part of Coquitlam so finding one on the water at a reasonable price was great. The hotel is not new or newly remodeled. That said, it was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The restaurant next door had a very friendly...
