Across the road from the beach and surrounded by activity and good restaurants. Like most old motels we could hear the neighbours loud and clear. Any updating was poorly done but it is clean and friendly and everything works. No complaints for the price.

Obviously like most motels on the beach strip, they mostly ALL have great beach access, so I offer the good/bad outside of location. My First time at this motel. The good... nice owners work hard to make your stay nice, very accomadating, clean rooms. The bad, if your paying for the "ocean view" upgrade (there is only 2) please know...

Had a fantastic stay at the Black Sea Motel! Hard to find owners nicer and more willing to please than this family run business. Located on the strip, you are walking distance to everything including the beach right across the road! We will definitely be returning to support this business.

Our group of 15 stayed at the Black Sea while celebrating my 50th Birthday. All the staff at this motel were friendly, professional and eager to make every stage of our booking pleasant and easy. They were very patient with our large group and all of us intend to book with them again!

Of course the best thing about this motel is that it is directly on the beach and priced well for the location. The next best thing is the service. The people running this motel live right on the premises and are extremely friendly and patient. My friend and I stayed there this past weekend and were very happy with their...

Location, location, location at the Black Sea,. its an old style strip single level motel, its been updated somewhat, but the the one thing we found was...clean, really clean rooms. The beds a little on hard side, and living room area furniture could do with a freshen up, but overall I was surprised its way better than first impression when...

Room was incredibly over priced. There was dirty glasses in the room. We woke up and had a coffee pot but no coffee in our room. Host was rude at check in and throughout stay. Rooms are very old and poorly renovated. Need I go on. Stay elsewhere if u can.

This motel has suites with kitchenettes. The units are a decent size and are kept nice and clean. The furniture and decor isn't particularly fancy or high end, but it's nice enough, considering this is an older motel. As far as I know all the units have A/C which is a lifesaver during the summer! The staff were very friendly...

Perhaps it is an outdated motel, but it has an awesome location right in front of the Okanogan lake. We stayed over only one night, but it was a very pleasant stay. The owners are Turkish and super nice, helpful and accommodative. The room perhaps wasn't the greatest but it was very clean. Right next to the hotel there is...
