Great rooms, amazing staff and excellent restaurants! The room I stayed at had a full kitchen, a very spacious room (and living room). The bathroom was very clean and spacious as well. Its very well located, near all the shops and restaurants (well, there aren't many but...) and at the beach. I looked around other hotels and I deeply believe...

Agree with others. Excessive noise until 1am. Room ok, clean and tidy but small and noisy air con unit (which ironically drowned out the bar noise). Didn't try the breakfast - an over 30minute wait was unacceptable. The challenge is they charge downtown Vancouver rates with nowhere near the quality and service. There are much better hotels in Penticton.

It was walking distance to downtown, other venues and restaurants and with a great view of the lake. The room was spic and span and spacious. There was also a programme that every day that you didn't require maid service, you received a $10 voucher for the restaurant. We found all staff to be helpful and knowledgable.

One of the more expensive hotels in Penticton and neither our air conditioning or fridge worked for 2 days. Paid extra to have a lake view but didn't realize that with the view comes noise from 8am to midnight as the rooms on this side of the hotel are situated directly over the bars and restaurants. So much for relaxation...

Close enough to downtown to walk, great location right on the lakeshore (!). Room was spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the lake. Needs some refreshing but beds were comfortable and staff were attentive. Even though there is a casino it was pretty quiet during our stay. You do pay for parking - choose the parkade to keep your...

Day 1 of 3 and have to say, so far I'm disappointed... The room is VERY average with ZERO view (unless you like to look at the roof of some building); even though Skaha is so close! The gym is closed for renos, so have to book a shuttle to the gym down the road (no clue if there is...

We have been coming to this hotel four years in a row and intend on coming back for years to come. This hotel has everything! Great restaurants, bar, casino, marina, private beach, boat/jet ski rentals, pool and hot tub.... If your coming to Penticton this is the place to be. If you like the hustle and bustle take the lake-side...

This hotel is a very good place to stay with your pets. My family and I had 5 nights there with our pets: a Samoyed and a teacup Yorkshire terrier. We did great. There parks nearby to walk dogs (leashed). Next to the hotel on the public beach there is small unleashed area. Hotel's location gives great lake view. Service...

I was expecting something mediocre and was pleasantly surprised. Was it the most beautiful decor I've ever seen? No, but it was more than acceptable and clean. What really surprised me were the touches I wasn't expecting. Turn down service with water, cookies, and apples. Two morning newspapers delivered. A delicious Breakfast was included at the waterfront restaurant each morning....

The place is old, the rooms smell like an old hockey barns change room. Upon checking in we turned on the TV and all but the guest service channels had that fuzzy ant picture. Went to get ready at around 4 pm for dinner turned on the shower to full heat for 5 minutes and the water never got above...
