For an inexpensive stay directly accross from the beach of Okanagan Lake this is it. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the bed was comfortable. For an older motel I was pleasantly surprised.

You cannot find a better location. This hotel is located close to all amenities, beach, restaurants, playground etc. We stayed in a 2 bedroom facing the courtyard. Room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

We have a stay booked in a couple of weeks and I am just wondering if there are room darkening shades? I will have a little one that will need naps which will mean the room needs to be dark during the day. We are in a one bedroom and I just want to be prepared to bring my own if I have to.

They are just normal white blinds which do let some daylight in. I would bring something to cover the window better for your little one.
