The rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable and the washroom was nice. Where this hotel falls down is their pool area is very old, the hot tub wasn't working and the Sauna was turned off. This is a big turn off from my stand point. Also the elevators had minds of their won, you never knew where they would...

Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey and for letting us know how we did. I am sorry about the hot tub and Spa, while older they normally function perfectly. However, we are not where we need to be and as you can see on our web page, we have set September as the date when we...

I always enjoy my stay at the Coast Inn of the North. The staff are very courteous and friendly; the Dining room is nice and food is good; I feel safe in this hotel so sleep good and am all rested up for the next day.

The hotel hosted many of the delegates from the Inclusion B.C. IGNITE 2016 conference. The location couldn't have been better, as it was directly adjacent to the Prince George Civic Centre, where most of the conference was held. It is also across the street from White Spot and Tim Horton's, which are good places for meals. It's in walking distance...

We received a warm welcome on check in and reception staff were very helpful. We stayed in a king size suite which was very nicely decorated with modern colours and furniture. The bathroom had a walk in shower and, again, was well equipped and modern. We had a balcony but I was rather puzzled as to why there was no...

This hotel was overpriced compared to others (stayed at Ramada next night) the room didn't even have a coffee maker. No breakfast but they had a rate that gave you a voucher. The location was good close restaurants you can get to by walking

I saw your note and am sorry that the rate provided did not meet your needs. At Coast we have three categories of guest rooms with comfort rooms being the entry level with matching price. What is all to common is that the comfort rooms are the first to sell and superior and Premium rooms are at different rate levels....

Great overall stay Our experience at the Shogun restaurant was average - for example the salad was old not something I expect from a Japanese restaurant where the cuisine is normally associated with freshness

I saw your note about Shogun and we agree, I've spoken to our new Chef and he will be working with the team to smooth out the bumps. David

Very nice stay and service very high standard. I would highly recommend the hotel. Food Quality was above average (late Lunch) and was very well priced considering the quality and quantity of foodp provided.

Thank you for taking the time to let me know how we did, we agree that the front office team is a superb group and our housekeeping team is working very hard to achieve our cleanliness goals. With the Shogun experience, I'm a little disappointed. The team has been working very hard to achieve the goals we set for them...

Excellent hotel. Third time I have stayed at the Coast Inn of the North. Staff were very caring and accommodating to me and my family during the difficult time of my father being ill and passing away. Best hotel from cleanliness and attentive staff I have stayed in. Nice pool and hot tub.
