We were quite pleased with our overnight stay with Ted and Joyce. A recommended place to stay, especially if you are traveling on the Skeena train. We were met at the station byTed and driven back there in the morning - very much appreciated. Joyce provided a delicious breakfast of scones and quiche.

The proprietors of this B&B were nice and friendly and made me feel welcome. I was disappointed in the food though. My first morning I was served a soggy omelette. The home-baked bread was fabulous though. The second morning we had a very average egg and bread loaf. It was just okay. There was plenty of food though. The yard is...

Recently I've found myself having to travel to Prince George for business and for the first 2 weeks, stayed in a hotel. The next 5 weeks were spent at the Grateful B&B and there is simply no comparison; the neighborhood and house were both quiet, all amenities were clean and every evening when I'd get back 'home', Joyce would have...

I spent three nights here, and really enjoyed my stay. When I stay in a B&B, I expect a delicious hot breakfast every day; I was more than satisfied at Grateful Bed! The breakfasts were top-notch, and I had to ask for smaller portions! The hosts were friendly, and my room clean and comfy. An all-round good experience - I'd...

I booked this b&b on business travel due to a shortage of hotel rooms in Prince George at the time. I was not sure if my traveling companions would be amenable since they typically prefer the standard hotel experience. The result was outstanding! All three of us found that staying in this warm and comfortable home was perfect. Joyce, Ted,...

We were so grateful that this b&b Was referred to us by a full b&b, and turned out to have tremendous hosts who treated us Like family, a private sitting area in addition to our bedroom, and a Sublime Irish breakfast to die...

A wonderful stay. We arrived to a cup of tea and home made cake. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Joyce and Ted were a mine of information with some great recommendations. Best of all was a perfect breakfast feast which left us unable to eat again until evening. It was so much like home that we both hugged...

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Grateful Bed for one night. Joyce managed to prepare breakfast that could feed a bear: sausages, potatoes, toast, egg... We loved it. Joyce is very friendly, we enjoyed her Irish humor. Her dog is nice too, we hugged Cisco a lot. Unfortunately we didn't meet Ted who is a sports journalist, since we...

A good, solid B&B - pleasant room, good shower, filling breakfast, fast WiFi. A little way from the station, but owner Ted gave me a lift to the station in the morning. No problems at all. Recommended.

Very enjoyable stay with wonderful breakfast and interesting discussions in a very nice place at the outskirts of Prince George. We stayed 3 nights between 2 Skeena trains from Jasper to Prince Rupert. We had both rooms and the living room to us and could enjoy full privacy. Ted drove us twice to the city center and showed us some...
