If you are an SPG member don't expect upgrades or benefits. Apparently this hotel has long term customers who take preference over those business people who are not regulars. Room service was very good, needed to be as on site dinning room very small & unfriendly. Good parking but gaining access back to major highway is a problem unless going...

I booked a room based on others reviews on here; get a room on the top floor. I booked a two bedroom suite for my friend and I, made sure it was the top floor suite. Yes yes, no problem. Arrived a bit early, approximately 2:30pm and our room wasn't ready. They checked us in and gave me two room...

This Hotel is decent, staff was friendly and accomadateing. Fitness room equipment was in reasonably good condition. The restaurant was different, felt like more of a conference room converted. Food overall was nothing to write home about but satisfied my hunger. One thing that I have to mention is Prince George because of its pulp mill has a pungent smell...

Staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is always quiet and clean. Comfy modern rooms and full amenities always makes my stays enjoyable. Room service food is good, though sometimes you have a hard time getting through as they never seem to have many staff on in the restaurant. Biggest downside is no free breakfast which is usually included in...

Short of Edmonton, this may be as far north as SPG goes in Canada. Spent 4 nights and can advise as follows Pros Free wifi (though my apple products didn't refresh daily properly), Parking, bottled water, 24 hr coffee/tea available at lobby level, large and fully stocked 24/7 gym (several machines of every description - excellent), pool and spa for...

I generally stay here a couple of times every two weeks for work. Management is more than accommodating when it comes to my "just-in-time" travel schedule. Great service from the front desk, even when I (regularly) roll in at 00h30. I've never had a dirty room in a year of staying here 4-5 times a month. My only comment is...

The whole trip was rather good; from check-in to check-out, hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating. The room was a nice size and the bedding was great. The room was clean and nicely furnished. Overall it was good. Of course there are a few things I would change: better view than dumpy apartments; not having my room by the pop...

This Sheraton was very clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious. Since we had our dog, our room was on the bottom level. Our room was very quiet, we did not hear anyone above us during our stay. The room was also exceptionally large and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. The room did include a large refrigerator but no microwave...

Thinking that the Four Points Sheraton was a nicer hotel then the usual in the north we were looking forward to our stay to drop our son to university. Being from the north we have had no choice but to stayed in less than desirable motels or inns in the past. I have to say the Four Points was by...

I had to drive from Calgary to Terrace, and then back to Vancouver. Logically Prince George is a reasonable stopover. If you check rates for this hotel though, it is $140 for a pre-paid rate and almost $290 for a pay-on-arrival rate. That is some stunning discrepancy right there. I chose to pay the pre-paid rate because even if I...
