Stayed in the new apartment building and found it to be fabulous. The two bedroom, two bathroom suite was perfect for two couples. The furnishings and decor were simple yet modern and inviting. If our plans and been more flexible we would have happily stayed longer. The staff were friendly and helpful Highly recommended

Could not have found a more perfect fit for two couples on a fishing get away. Rooms were clean and thoughtfully organized, uniquely decorated! We stayed in the two bedroom suite $170/night. Laundry on site, lots of parking , outside sitting area over looking the valley, very secure! Loved it and we will definitely be back !

My family which consists of 2 adults and 2 toddlers stayed for 4 nights. Enjoyed our stay. The location isn't far from downtown or the playground. The kitchen had everything we needed. The operator was very accessible and friendly. Will stay there whenever we next visit Prince Rupert.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment of the Black Rooster Guesthouse. It was a newly renovated, clean place with plenty of space and comfortable beds for up to 4 people. The kitchen was so nice I wanted to take it home ;) , and fully equipped even with a dish washer! For 3 people it came to $50...

It's two buildings, one is an inn and the other has suites. We are a family of 5 and stayed in a suite. It was a perfect stay for 3 nights. There is an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and bathroom. There is also a sofa bed. There was one housekeeping issue when we checked in...

We had a room with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Kitchen is clean with lots of utensils. Rooms and common space very clean, elegant, and homey! Good location in relation to town and feels safe. The only downside it internet is spotty and slow.

We stayed here for 3 nights Aug 2014. Had the family room with little kitchen. Was perfect for the 5 of us. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, kitchenette had the basics but that was enough. The main common kitchen is well stocked and the laundry room is very nice to have onsite. We would stay here again.

We stayed for 5 days in the family room which included a queen bed and a bunk bed for our kids. This suite included a kitchenette and private bathroom. The bunk beds would be OK for smaller children but my teenagers found them a bit uncomfortable. The owner gave us a tour and I must say there is something for...

My wife and I recently stayed at the Black Rooster Guesthouse and we found the service to be excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The thing we were most impressed with was the level of cleanliness in the room, and the staff were friendly, punctual and provided an excellent service. We will definitely be coming back

Nice Guesthouse, located a +- 15 min walk away from cow bay. No shuttle service from/to the ferry terminals. My room was clean and located half-underground with a small window at shoulder height. So, if you are claustrophobic better ask for another room. It is also possible to leave your luggage after checking out, for example if your ferry leaves...
