We spent a restless first night in the "Annex" an add- on part of the original hotel due to noise generated by a group of young women partiers into the wee hours. The front desk staff Daniel was very kind and upgraded us to an airy room overlooking Ganges Harbour for our second night. The hotel has been undergoing renovations... More

Have to start off saying I got the last room that was pet friendly on a crazy busy weekend, so I didn't have a great view like the front rooms... The room was very clean, super comfortable beds and pillows though. Front desk staff was very fun and helpful. I think I'd like to go back next year when the... More

So here's an honest review as that's what I look for when searching for accommodation. In a nutshell, our stay was OK but certainly didn't warrant the price we paid. First of all, although the property has a lot of potential, it needs some major updates...everywhere! We had a spacious room with two queen beds but everything was so old... More

We were attracted by a website promising "farm to table" restaurant, an attached organic farm and spectacular setting. One week before our reservation we received confirmation along with a note explaining that the restaurant was temporarily closed. It was already too late to book anywhere else. On arrival we found: a closed restaurant, a room overlooking the parking lot on... More

Was very disappoint because we had no telephone in rooms hot water went off so no shower! This hotel is up for sale so they are operating on a budget. Would not go back! And would not recommend it to any friend!

We booked two pet friendly rooms, instead of bricks, they use carpet, at the moment we walk in to rooms, smelled so wired, feels like they didn't clean it well. Also one of the sofa bed is not even working, another one is uneven, it is really uncomfortable to sleep on. The price of rooms is way to high for... More

Visited for one night. Booked on booking.com. It was the only room available at the time. The hotel staff were very nice. The room 305 was dated, shabby and dark. The bed was old and hard. I wonder if it was the room they save for internet bookings? The staff were very friendly and the location was great. Very poor... More

Terrible experience, Falsely advertised as a wonderful organic experience. The place is a run down Motel, smells bad, dingy rooms, dated and un kept. Seriously needing a breath of new ownership or management who cares. Please do your homework and search for the reviews- there are 100's who share my sentiment. Don't expect kind or even professional service. This was... More

Our navigational equipment failed while we were traveling through the islands so we had to return to port and find last minute hotel accommodations. While grateful to find a room, we were surprised by the state of this hotel. Restaurant is closed, carpets very soiled, maid service not available unless staying 2+ nights, gardens all dried up. A fantastic view... More

Basic, sink in bedroom, overlooked car park, poor sound insulation. Got woken up by noisy neighbours at 12am-1am. Breakfast only 7am-9am... I'm on vacation!!! Farm not functioning - so misrepresentation on booking website. Wait until they refurb - otherwise don't expect much for $150 + tax.
