I have gone through google, tripadvisor, online connections - just to find a phone number and when i call they say we are open to 9 pm in the office - BUT THERE IS NO ANSWER!!! What a waste of time and money!

After a tiring journey we had a nice stay at this facility. It is an old building but the price is reasonable and the rooms are clean. The staff is nice and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to all if someone is looking for a budget hotel

The price was great. It was your basic hotel and ok for a short stay. It is an older hotel but the rooms were clean. There is a common area with a refridgerator that you can put food into if you desire. The reception people were very nice.

I guess one has to look at this hotel in context. Tofino was delightful but clearly suffering under too much love (and money) of the upper side of town. Long gone is that authentic, quiet feel it must have had some time ago. Anyway, that is progress . . . and no glut of the beautiful people can undo the...

Their liquor store is run by rude employees. Kept talking to eachother the whole time, didn't say a word to us when we greeted them they just looked us in the face and kept talking. Bad. Way too expensive too. You better visit the other liquor store next to gary's kitchen, couple of minutes walk.

Had to find an inexpensive place to stay in Tofino cause I knew I wouldn't really spend much time in the hotel anyway cause of the stuff I have lined up for the day. Glad to have come across the reviews of this lodge as it's pretty accurate. There are no elevators but it's not a big deal for me...

Great location in downtown Tofino. Stayed in #223 with friend 2 single beds view of water. Free coffee in morning by check in desk. No fridge or coffeepot..older hotel, small room but clean and bucket of ice brought to room when inquired about ice machine. Good WIFI connection. Perfect place to walk around Tofino and experience more local feel while...

We checked out places to stay in Tofino and found a Lodge that offered good value, right in the heart of town, on the beach, close to grocery stores and restaurants. McQuinna Lodge is named after a chief; efficiently run by Orientals. We had a large room with windows to the ocean. We watched the float planes coming and going...

If you don't already know, Tofino is an expensive place to stay. That's understandable since it is at the end of the road and deservingly popular. If you want to visit the town and surrounding world-class setting and just need a place to base from the Maquinna Lodge is a great choice. It is in the middle of town and...
