We stayed in a 2br self contained apartment on the 15th floor. Very clean and well presented. There was a communal laundry on our floor. Friendly staff. Walking distance to shops and bus stops. Would stay here again.

The Rosedale offers the perfect location for local hop-on hop-off transport, walking distance to the Ice Hockey, Stanley Park, city shopping and the famous Robson Street shopping and food. Great customer service for our family. The consierge arranged bicycles, Cannuck tickets and rent-a-car two blocks away. A smooth, no-fuss operation, worthy of our strong recommendation.

Our room was booked through a timeshare. As others have noted, this is an amazing location. Yaletown and all the upscale restaurants are just a couple blocks away. If you wanted to eat cheap, there were also a number of reasonably priced restaurants on Robson - - especially if you like Asian food. There was an IGA grocery store and...

While there is a mini-kitchen, if you really want to cook and entertain, book at the WorldMark at The Canadian which have full kitchens and the units are significantly larger. That said, our unit had floor to ceiling glass in the bedroom, and was well appointed with enough outlets for all our widgets. The Kerig coffeemaker with 4 pods was...

We stayed in a 1 bedroom, our kids, (age 15 and 17) shared the pull out in the main area...it was a little tight. Though the room was a bit small, it was clean and quiet. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The best part is the location. Just a block up from Yaletown, and a few blocks...

There are so many attractions & restaurants within walking distance. Check the alarm in your room-Ours went off at 6am & woke us up! Continental breakfast is not included with VI rooms. Bring your own items. The pool and hot tub are nice but a little hard walking through the lobby in your bathing suit! The bed is comfortable. Great...

First time staying here. Very nice accommodations if you want a small kitchenette. I did find the living/kitchen area small for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). It probably is perfect for 2 people. The bedroom is a good size and we had a good view of Vancouver. The bed was surprisingly really, really comfortable! The bathroom was small,...

This was booked for us by a relative who lives in Victoria. The suite (on the 15 floor) comprised a good size bedroom, a comfortable lounge, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed a continental style breakfast made from items purchased nearby. Downstairs is an Original Joe's Bar/Restaurant serving breakfasts, lunch and dinner....

Nice hotel with kitchenette in each room. Old for sure but totally workable. Some rooms a bit noisy with traffic or running machinery but most are ok. Lots of outbox townntravellwrsnhere as it is in the heart of Vancouver er. Super location with lots of restaurants and shpppong close by.

Our room 813 was spotless and the beds comfortable. My son used and enjoyed the tiny fitness centre. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub where we chatting to some friendly Australians. The hotel is situated in a great location, I took a walk around and saw a Christmas market that was open so I browsed around there for...

Staying in Yaletown & False Creek North

Neighbourhood Profile
Yaletown & False Creek North
Yaletown has risen from the ashes of its rough-and-tumble industrial past into one of Vancouver's new chicest neighbourhoods. The place responsible for originating of the phrase 'skid row' might not call to mind independently-owned boutiques and terraced cafes, but having swallowed the waterfront lines of False Creek North, the resulting amalgamation transformed the area into an elegant, stylish hotspot with a view. Its youthful vibe owes to the many young families and young professionals who live there, bolstering nightlife and restaurant variety along its cobbled streets. It is the flagship neighbourhood for modern revitalization, and the It-Spot for boutique hotels and modish eats.
