Very nice hotel. Nice high-quality replica of European boutique hotel and furnishings. Vents are a bit noisy but are being changed out and I believe some rooms have already had this done. Free internet. Great location. Second stay here and would stay again. Front desk service was excellent.

Our return visit to this delightful and spotless well maintained hotel did not disappoint. The ambience is warm and welcoming as are each of the hotel staff with whom we had contact. Our room was on the 9th floor and our friends had a similar room on the 7th floor. The view overlooking Burrard Street from our room was worth...

This is a great boutique hotel right downtown Vancouver. The rooms are just awesome as you have a sitting area that is seperate from your bedroom. My wife loves this place and every time we stay, we are impressed. The staff are very friendly, from the valet to the front desk staff and the hotel is clean and so nicely...

We stayed in a king executive suite for 3 days. The rooms are decently appointed, but the bathroom is fairly small and both the bedroom & sitting room are very cramped. Staff was great, the location was pretty good, and there is valet parking available on site. We did find that the air circulation in the bedroom was extremely poor.

Simply the best in Vancouver. The customer service is exceptional, thanks to Kris & Brett who handled our 'exceptional case' with professionalism, skill and ease on New Year's Eve. We appreciate your attention to exemplary service. The rooms are so lovely, I believe each is a suite so it does not have the typical 'hotel room feel'. Fresh cream and...

I booked a small suite as my son was coming to stay. All I can say is what an amazing room. We stayed in 505 the view wasn't brilliant but the room made up for that and it was nice and quiet. The staff on the front desk were superb and recommended the best way to get to a few...

Having never visited Vancouver I was very apprehensive when I made the hotel booking. When we arrived the staff were very friendly, we also found most Canadians extremely polite, patient and a pleasure to talk to. We were given a corner room which was spacious and decorated just lovely. I could not fault anything. Having a bedroom and a seperate...

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were nice. The room we stayed in was pretty, the bed was comfortable. My only complaints were that the breakfast was way overpriced and not even all that great, and it was cold when we got it:( also, there was a really loud fan in the bedroom that would turn...

It had been a few years since staying at this hotel, which my wife and I used to use frequently, but in the intervening time it has lost none of its character. Located downtown, not far from the Vancouver waterfront and in the heart of the shopping area, it is perfectly located for both business and leisure. It has the...

Arrived at this hotel after a trans-Atlantic flight, so we were quite exhausted. Pulled up in front and were immediately assisted with our luggage to the front desk. Fast, easy checkin, and up to our large suite. Very clean, nice TVs and each room with dedicated wifi to ensure excellent access. It seemed each time we used the elevator we...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
