I really had a warm welcome by the staff. The room was good, clean and well maintained. Very convenient and easily accessible by local transit system. Lots of good restaurant closely by to the hotel and they operate last night. In short best place to spend your vacation.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Being on the busy Robson street helps being close to all the good restaurants, local transit and the great shopping areas around. From all at the Riviera Hotel, we thank you for your kind words and until your next visit to Vancouver, we wish you all the best.

In November, I traveled to Vancouver and went on a hotel website to book a hotel, this came up and it was offered at an extremely low rate which I thought too good to be true, but the price and location were where I wanted them so I booked it. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the front desk agent...

Very decent place in the heart of the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of cafe and restaurants nearby. Easy access to transportation and tourists attractions. The noise of the traffic can be little annoying in the night especially the rooms facing the main road. But overall great value for money:-)

We stay on Robson in Vancouver at least every year. Our favourite property is the Listel Hotel or the Executive House. We decided to make a change this time and I really wished we hadn't. The hotel was clean, somewhat under construction, we were warned about noise Tues, Wed and Thurs from 9-5, but that didn't interfere with out times...

Thank you for taking out your time to let us know how we did. I understand this wasn't a pleasant and memorable stay and i apologize for the inconvenience. Being on the famous and lively Robson Street in downtown Vancouver has its shares of glory and condemnation, like being close to great eateries, shopping areas, one of Vancouver's star attraction...

Have stayed here five times in the last ten years and think I have now stayed in all of the room types on offer (except penthouse) and in all seasons. Though not my personal preferred location in town, I keep going back because it is in a very central, safe area, the rooms all contain exactly my basic but specific...

Didn't realize the edge of the hotel as at the close proximity of all-kinds of food until I arrived and discovered that it is indeed on the renowned Robson Street which hosted a lot of famous restaurant. On the down side, the hotel offers parking with a charge of $25 per day, but the car can actually parked at the...

Basic accommodation: location just a bit off the main downtown busy zone, heading toward Stanley Park. Older property, a little bit run down and minimal amenities. Very good bathroom with refreshing shower. For the price, served the purpose adequately.
