The guy in the front desk is rude, no patience and no help at all.
We paid to stay and this kind of treatment is unacceptable.He is sitting there and can't even generate a wifi password, we have to go down to get one.

Cassandra is a awesome place felt just like home during my stay. close to the sky train, amazing food everywhere, the staff are very helpful and friendly. i would stay here again no doubt and would recommend it also.
Good location, friendly helpful staff. Within walking distance of many different types of restaurants. 15 minutes from downtown. Skytrain station is a 5 minute walk away. Good experience so far. Would recommend a stay here.
Just don’t. It’s gross.
And they also take $200 security deposit, which is insane because there is nothing worth over $50 in the hotel room itself .... the room was dirty, the halls were dirty... in need of a complete remodel or demolition.
Two things I love about this hotel:
1. Great food in the neighbourhood. No matter what type cuisine you like, there's always something right for you near this hotel. Dongbei jiaozi, peaceful restaurant, Jumbo grill and so many bubble tea places!

I used my credit card for the security deposit. The time when i check to the front desk and told me that the security deposit will be refunded to my account in 1 to 3 months. I said to myself? Well i am here now in this hotel and i need to sleep right away so i have no choice but to accept it.
When i already check out my room and i ask again the front desk about it and they said that it will be refunded to my account soon. But guess what it is almost 5 months now and i still do not have my money back to my account. So i have been contacted this manager Lanie since i got her number and she told me that the money was refunded to my account already during my check out. But non of there refund appear on my bank statement. The next response she said that she want me to contact my bank and it is still the same. And again she have another reason she want a waiver from my bank. Another reason from her is she want my bank account and i think shes talking about my savings account? This is crazy!
Logically if they have transacted my refund to my account then they need to show there hard copy confirmation or email and should be forwarded to my email so i can show it to my bank so my bank can acknowledge there transaction and return my money back.
