A relatively cheap hotel in Vancouver. Given the average prices of hotels here, one of the few affordable places. Rooms very large , the giro attività reception was very kind. Much better than other more expensive places downtown
Honestly I have never been disappointed like this ever. And to add salt to injury I paid like 80$per night and had to pay for Wi-Fi which by the way is like 8$ per day and not even unlimited but less than 2GB. Hmmm, I...More
Service was good but hotel was outdated and not clean. Parking lot is really small. In desperate need of an update. In a good location just needs to be renovated desperately. Would not return anytime soon.
Quite honestly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life!
Dirty, soiled, smelly carpets in hallways & rooms.
Stained ceilings, mouldy caulking in washroom.
Pictures on internet must be from when renovations were first done as nothing resembles the condition now
The service was amazing, Loni took care of all my needs! Everything in my room was relatively new...carpet, bed, furnishings. The bathroom could use a fan and a sight upgrade but overall my stay was good. Would stay there again.

I used my credit card for the security deposit. The time when i check to the front desk and told me that the security deposit will be refunded to my account in 1 to 3 months. I said to myself? Well i am here now in this hotel and i need to sleep right away so i have no choice but to accept it.
When i already check out my room and i ask again the front desk about it and they said that it will be refunded to my account soon. But guess what it is almost 5 months now and i still do not have my money back to my account. So i have been contacted this manager Lanie since i got her number and she told me that the money was refunded to my account already during my check out. But non of there refund appear on my bank statement. The next response she said that she want me to contact my bank and it is still the same. And again she have another reason she want a waiver from my bank. Another reason from her is she want my bank account and i think shes talking about my savings account? This is crazy!
Logically if they have transacted my refund to my account then they need to show there hard copy confirmation or email and should be forwarded to my email so i can show it to my bank so my bank can acknowledge there transaction and return my money back.
