I needed a place to stay for a conference in downtown Vancouver and found a great deal online. It's an older hotel, but it's had renovations, and although the rooms aren't big or fancy, if you're looking for a clean room at a great price...More
Can't get much better than the $84 rate (+tax) we got for a room right downtown Vancouver with a king bed.
Housekeeping wasn't stellar: dust on hand towel racks, which is odd considering it's a highly visible spot, but no hand towels, plus the usual...More

This hotel is in a great location with a fantastic wine bar and restaurant right downstairs. The staff members I encountered were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with lots of daylight. I would definitely stay here again!

Granville Street spans many, multiple city blocks and has become so fastidiously known for its nightclubs and watering holes that it's fondly nicknamed the city's 'Entertainment District.' Friday and Saturday nights are the most popular and lively, with young revelers taking to the streets in droves and keeping the party going until late. Granville Street, being mostly open to pedestrian-only traffic, has a healthy
social life along its main thoroughfares, even outside of its cafes and pubs, spilling onto the sidewalks. The locals are chatty, the shops at its expansive Pacific Centre Mall are trendy, and the whole area seems to be on a sugar rush: in a good way. Exuberance and camaraderie classify this neighbourhood.
