We stayed here the night before our cruise. We were able to walk to the ship very easily. We walked to Stanley Park and all over Vancouver, it was a fun and beautiful city. We drove from Seattle to Vancouver and it was a beautiful...More
Good location in the center of the business district. Friendly staff but the hotel rooms still have single glazing and hence, the noises from the streets travelled into the room easily. Don't book here if you are noise sensitive.
You simply cant beat this location if you want to enjoy downtown Van, walking distance to everything. A true 5 star hotel, excellent food and service. The go to place if we go to van and feel like splurging as its pricey. Worth it for...More

Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also
popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
