Great location for walking Stanley Park and Gas town. Enjoyed the harbour view from our 15th story harbour front King bed room. Service was excellent and the dining was very nice. Parking was accessible.

Very comfortable, clean, and lovely view of the harbour. All staff were helpful and friendly. When I requested some assistance for a tv problem, I was immediately assisted by a proficient and friendly staff member who fixed the issue and provided great advise.

Great hotel in amazing coal harbor location. Clean, well maintained, super helpful staff. Wifi was unreliable in our last stay at times, and consistent waits for elevators we're hard. Otherwise fantadtic, well run and great vibe.

Great location, service, room, so much better than hotels in the U.S. Would definitely stay again if the price is right. Would recommend to others as well. Only two minor issues, one is the pool is not very clean, another is couldn't find TV program.

Stayed for 2 nights, staff very good, short walk to many of the local sights, had good views over the harbour, bed had broken leg and was low on one corner, house maid reported it, coffee typical of most large hotel - bitter and strong.

This was a disappointing stay overall. Hot tub was out. Staff fake friendly. Couldn't get room service for 45 min each time. I don't see how it is worth what they charge. No free local calls. Do not recommend

Spend the little extra and get the Harbor front view. Beds are comfortable pillow top semi-firm and do not feel old. Room is quiet and solid all the way around. A constant temperature required no adjustment to the thermostat. Private balcony was adequate for standing room only but was useful in allowing us to open the window wide to let...

Cons: Stayed in room 511. Carpet is very old and visibly frayed by edges. Our room had two beds, a glass top end table and a desk chair. There was no seating other then the beds. Old property. Slow elevators and one out of service. Pros: Staff again was great. Alex checked us in and went out of her way...

Good location, staff was all very friendly. Rooms were a little small, but had great views. Pool was not that good. I would recommend signing up for their Rewards Club prior to booking. It's free to join and they give you a nice perk whenever you stay there.

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
