I'd really love to see economy hotels like this include a small easy chair, especially in single rooms as I believe solo travellers spend more time in their room than couple or group travellers. I had to sit on the bed or use the desk...More

The room was clean. The staff were friendly. Great value for the money. It would be nice if the shower heads could be aimed a bit lower since not everyone is 6 foot tall. The housekeeping was a bit erratic. There was a sign in...More

Friendly, clean, well-maintained and secure/safe. Good location and our self-contained room came with a mini fridge as well - awesome! Parking was reasonable and secure. Lots of restaurants, shopping and coffee places near by. Great option for a reasonable price!

We frequently use the YWCA Hotel when visiting Vancouver. The convenience of its location makes for a very pleasant stay in the city. Access to Yaletown, downtown and the stadium speaks to its convenience.

The neighbourhood is safe, directly across from the stadium. The cruise ship area is close enough to walk to, and transit is easy.

I had a large suitcase and I took the SkyTrain. YVR is a terminal stop, so you shouldn't have to worry about getting onto a train full of people. The cars are wide; I believe it was built for the Winter Olympics.
