The staff organised tours for us at short notice and ensured every request was met. They assisted with our transfers and made us welcome . To join our Canadian tour we moved...

I had pre booked a room at this hotel before leaving Australia for prior to my 15 day Intrepid tour and then after my tour finished. Big Mistake!! On the second day I come back to my room only to find that due to a supposed misunderstanding my room along with all my possessions had been roughly packed up and...

I love having made a great decision. So it was with choosing this hotel for our first base from which to explore Vancouver proper by walking and use of the wonderful Vancouver public transportation system (get the $7.50 CAN for seniors Day Pass at the Seven-Eleven across the street or at any subway station kiosk, ...they are easy to use)....

Well located hotel however the employees responsible for check-in were unpolite and did not pay attention to guests needs. I have arrived at the hotel around noon, after one international flight of 10 hours + infernal flight of additional 4 hours. The room was not available and the attendant kept saying that check-in time was at 4 pm. My mom...

Close to shops, sports arena, food outlets and tourist attractions. Room was a single bedroom apartment with a separate living and kitchen area. Rooms were clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again and recommend it to others. Has opening windows for fresh air a most welcome extra for me.

We recently stayed at the Rosedale on Robson in one of their 2 bedroom family suites. A great space with plenty of room for all the stuff that comes with a family of four. The small kitchen was very workable with a small oven and stovetop, you can easily make a quick meal for the group - a great option...

This is great hotel for families. Having a kitchen gives the option to cook your own meals. Very handy for fussy eaters. Get supplies from Granville market or the wee supermarket up the road. Good size rooms giving kids their own space/TV. The pool is an added extra and was put to good use. Good central location and easy to...

I really like this unpretentious hotel. Great staff. All rooms are super clean. Great location if you are taking in sporting events or concerts as it is a two minute walk to BC Place. We walked to Stanley Park from here as well and took us about twenty minutes if you don't count window shopping.

Staying in Yaletown & False Creek North

Neighbourhood Profile
Yaletown & False Creek North
Yaletown has risen from the ashes of its rough-and-tumble industrial past into one of Vancouver's new chicest neighbourhoods. The place responsible for originating of the phrase 'skid row' might not call to mind independently-owned boutiques and terraced cafes, but having swallowed the waterfront lines of False Creek North, the resulting amalgamation transformed the area into an elegant, stylish hotspot with a view. Its youthful vibe owes to the many young families and young professionals who live there, bolstering nightlife and restaurant variety along its cobbled streets. It is the flagship neighbourhood for modern revitalization, and the It-Spot for boutique hotels and modish eats.
