Great location, close to transit of all sorts. Rooms are average, old and dark. Acceptable if you're staying overnight but you might want something nicer if room comfort and amenities are important to you. We stay here for approx 10 hours after a wine tasting event and the room and the staff were more then acceptable.

The room is clean and met my expectations for the price and location. The beds are a little hard and the pillows a little flat. The room could use a little maintenance (heater fan was very noisy and shower pressure was too low). The doors aren't very sound proof and it is very easy to hear all the noise from...

Was in Vancouver for a conference and looking to crash for a couple of nights. Basically at the conference all day until 10 PM and not looking to spend $200 plus which is the norm in the area. Found the Days Inn for around $100 and within easy walking distance from Vancouver convention centre. Rooms are very small but well...

Thank you very much for your in depth review, we are certainly a great location with a great price point. The room you booked was our double room, most of our Queen rooms are further back in the hotel and would certainly help with the outside noise, and they offer a bit more space. Once again thank you for your...

There isn't anything glaringly wrong with this hotel, its just a cheap and cheerful place to stay. The building itself is old and dated, and this can be seen throughout. With that being said, I chose the Days Inn because I didn't want to spend a lot. It met the basic needs of somewhere to stay for overnight.

Used this hotel after a trip to whistler. Woukd recommend it purely for location. 3 mins from the sky train station, 5 from another. The bed was comfortable, staff friendly and helpful enough. 20 min walk to Rogers arena, and 20 is the other way to Stanley Park. Couldn't be more central for a short stay. Price was reasonable too.

Was great value with Amex promo. Parking was tight for taller vehicles so check first. Attached pub was good fun and good food.

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
