Robson Street
Robson Street is a shopper's paradise. Whether a window shopper or a serious trendsetter, a fashionista or a dabbler, the crowd of independent boutiques, quirky one-off shops, and well-known luxury brands on Robson Street have something to cater for every itch in your wallet. As a result, it draws a diverse crowd, and the people-watching along this famous walking thoroughfare is a primary attraction. In between the clothing shops both high-street and budget-friendly are a number of cafes to lay down your load, as well as numerous specialty stores ranging in their wares from music, to art, to city souvenirs. Known as "Vancouver's Runway," if a new trend is on the rise, you'd spot it here first.

The hotel is fine, it is the location that makes it worthwhile. We checked in and our room keys didn't work in the lock, they worked in the elevator but not the room! Went downstairs to get the keys reactivated, went back up (to 9th floor) and the keys didn't work again.

Loved the location as it was only a few blocks from downtown, Gastown and Rogers Stadium. Bed was comfortable with nice pillows. We walked to Rogers stadium to watch a hockey game and was pleased how close the hotel was to the stadium.

I stayed here for one night with my family and was very disappointed. The windows were so paperthin that we barely got any sleep. The pool was freezing cold, my kids wouldn’t go in it even though it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The beds were so soft and when we

Hello, I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. It appears that we failed to provide a basic level of customer service one should expect. Please know that this not our usual standard, and I will be sharing your experience with our front office team, to ensure they do better in the future. I will also follow up with our maintenance team to ensure the pool is at the prescribed temperature. Regards Gary Rudin

Parking is $30 per night and it is very tight parking if you have anything larger than a compact car it will be a tight squeeze. and be aware if your tire(s) are at all on the line you will get a ticket for $75 no warnings
