Got the hotel with a Groupon so was real reasonable. Good location right in the city and easy to find and a big + for me was the secure underground parking. We were there for the Vancouver boat show and the water taxi was only 3 blocks and took us right over to Granville Island. Room a little small but...

Nice hotel, clean, staff was very nice and helpfull, well located. I definitely recommend this hotel, its affordable. The only thing that wasn't optimum was their spa/gym.. you get less than the minimum, but if you dont plan to workout its all good, plus there is a gym a block away!

Location is everyone's wish when they travel to a place they aren't familiar with. Executive was perfect in that sense. We had no problem finding anything we wanted and the water was just a couple of blocks away. Staff was superior. We felt at home and saw the genuine care that they put into making us feel that way. Kudos...

The room we had would be perfect for only one guest. However, for two people it was a bit cramped. The shower water never really got hot enough even with the knob turned all the way to hot. It was walking distance to most places in downtown and the free parking was a plus. All in all we had a...

Left our husbands home for 4 nights of being together as best friends. Awesome hotel and a great room with a lovely view. The staff were amazing and even remembered that one of us had been there just a few weeks before! The wine tasting from 5 p.m. - 6 p.m was a delight, hosted by either Manager David or...

The room was a little on the small side, but clean and well kept. The staff were superb from the reception to housekeeping, such a treat to feel welcome. Our rate included a bottle of wine, parking and wifi. We go to Vancouver often and stay in upscale hotels that charge up to $50 per day for parking and $15...

My sister and I wanted to stay at a nice hotel close to shopping and restaurants! This hotel exceeded our expectations! We received complimentary wine upon arrival, check in was supposed to be at 3pm but they let us check in early at 11:30am. BMW chauffeured us to the restaurant we were going to. Overall, highly recommend this hotel! We...

Staying in Granville Street

Neighbourhood Profile
Granville Street
Granville Street spans many, multiple city blocks and has become so fastidiously known for its nightclubs and watering holes that it's fondly nicknamed the city's 'Entertainment District.' Friday and Saturday nights are the most popular and lively, with young revelers taking to the streets in droves and keeping the party going until late. Granville Street, being mostly open to pedestrian-only traffic, has a healthy social life along its main thoroughfares, even outside of its cafes and pubs, spilling onto the sidewalks. The locals are chatty, the shops at its expansive Pacific Centre Mall are trendy, and the whole area seems to be on a sugar rush: in a good way. Exuberance and camaraderie classify this neighbourhood.

“There were a couple of housekeeping issues with our first room; one quick visit to the desk got immediate results...we were given a slightly smaller room, but with a better view and all was found intact. What we liked was that they closed the room to others until the housekeeping issues had been dealt with (damaged window frame exposing outside air into the room; towel rack falling off the wall.)”
