The location was very centralized and convenient for our transportation needs. The staff were very helpful. Our corner suite was very clean and well appointed, An elevator wold have made us more comfortable, but only one floor was not too bad for 2 old ladies. We wold stay there again.

Vancouver in the Summer is not a cheap place to visit and the Greenbrier offers the opportunity to be downtown affordably if you are willing to make a few sacrifices.Lets start with what you need to know: There is no elevator and our room was on the top (3rd) floor. It did not present any problems for us but it...

On the positive, this hotel is well placed for the west end, on a vibrant street and within easy walking distance of many attractions. The hotel is clean, and the staff friendly. On the negative side, there is no aircon (which we knew) but this hotel really needs it. The WiFi is really bad with regular interruptions to the service...

While the rooms DO have a kitchen ( the place is a former apartment building), that's about all it has. No elevator, no a/c and the cooking equipment consisted of a dirty frying pan and a saucepan from the drugstore down the street. No microwave, and the stove allows you to use the burners OR the oven, but not at...

The location of this hotel was perfect. The hotel is an older building, has no elevator and does need a lot of repair. The room was spacious and the beds were fairly comfortable. There was a vent fan in the bathroom that was on the same switch as the light - so it was on all the time the light...

Just came home from a visit to Vancouver and the Greenbrier was a great place stay. There is nothing fancy about the hotel. It is older, but clean. We had a small kitchenette with stove and fridge and coffee maker. There are no elevators, but being that it's only 3 stories tall, it's not a problem as long as you...

We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel since not sure of location or what to expect since small independent hotel. Arrived at hotel after midnight and staff available at desk for check in. Location great as located closer to Stanley Park than to commercial area of Robson. Many restaurants and shops available and great breakfast spot across...

Just spent 5 nights at this property while attending a conference in Vancouver! Location is superb in a great neighborhood for shopping and 10-20 minute walk from everything else! Front desk staff were phenomenal and always cheerful. The lobby coffee was a great element. I did stay in an executive suite on the 3rd floor, while simple, it had everything...

Stayed here for 3 days with my husband & Granddaughter. Supposed to be a suite with kitchen. Nothing but a coffee pot & a stove- had to ask for3 sets of utensils & something to cook in. No microwave or even a toaster. Staff at front desk very nice but this hotel is awful. No elevator - we were on...
