This hostel located right downtown, close to music, sports, and for walking about. Great split of loud bar in lobby and common room for quiet on second floor. Love plug and light set up for individual beds.

I had a fantastic time at Samesun Vancouver, would 10/10 recommend to other travellers, the front desk staff were always super helpful and the bar had heaps of cheap drinks and great food. Will be staying again!
This was such a great place to stay at and perfect for our one night trip to Vancouver for a birthday although I would've stayed here as solo traveler for 5 days if I had the chance! They have excursions planned with buses or tours...More
I stayed at the hostel for 3 nights and it was amazing. The staff were super friendly, helpful and knew what they were doing. The facilities (showers, toilets etc) had a much higher standard from other hostels I have visited. The rooms very very nice...More

Granville Street spans many, multiple city blocks and has become so fastidiously known for its nightclubs and watering holes that it's fondly nicknamed the city's 'Entertainment District.' Friday and Saturday nights are the most popular and lively, with young revelers taking to the streets in droves and keeping the party going until late. Granville Street, being mostly open to pedestrian-only traffic, has a healthy
social life along its main thoroughfares, even outside of its cafes and pubs, spilling onto the sidewalks. The locals are chatty, the shops at its expansive Pacific Centre Mall are trendy, and the whole area seems to be on a sugar rush: in a good way. Exuberance and camaraderie classify this neighbourhood.

None of our dorms are on the same floor as reception. The closest floor has all of those room types. By boat tour do you mean the cruise terminal? If so yes, it is a ten minute walk or minute taxi. There are lots of cheap places to eat near us. We don't offer a late checkout but we do have free bag storage. There are no airport transfers in Vancouver as the Skytrain takes your right there and leaves 3 blocks away from us. The train starts running at 4:50am.
