We had a very clean and top notch room with a beautiful view of the ocean and pools. The pools are spectacular to soak in, even on a very windy and cool March day. . Spa services, restaurants, room service, walking the neighbourhood with a park nearby for our little dog, all contributed to a great stay in this beautiful hotel.

After a wonderful two nights stay, there is not doubt as to why the hotel is so highly rated in Canada and globally. It has been the best experience I’ve had at a hotel of this calibre. Everyone on staff who we engaged with was friendly, helpful and competent. Exceptional and friendly service without pretension. The food in both The Snug pub and the Dining Room is outstanding. The rooms are well appointed and gloriously comfortable beds. We spent almost two full hours in the mineral pools which was a treat after a crisp morning waterfront run. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely hotel, pleasant atmosphere. Staff very attentive and accommodating. Need several reminders though to get things done. Housekeeping requires better training. Somedays room not made up till late afternoon. Staff not aware room has not been made despite service tag on door. Not a hotel suitable for children. Limited dining option. Dining room only open two evenings. Snug pug food quality is mediocre and children not allowed. Faro basically only serves pizzas. Overall still a very nice place to stay.

We brought our golden retriever Charlie and had the BEST stay! From the welcome treats, bowls and dog bed, to the deep tub, comfy beds, garden suite that made it perfect to take our dog out…to the amazing view! We will come back here again and again! I have to also mentioned the staff! Every encounter was great

Wow. Just wow. It was my partners 40th birthday. We spent 3 nights here and absolutely LOVED it. Beautiful rooms, stunning spa area and the outside pools were amazing. We also had a wonderful evening at FARO pizza, our waiter gave us an unforgettable experience and we would go back for his amazing service alone. I highly recommend this hotel. We will be back 100000%.

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights and couldn't have had a better experience. Both the spa and restaurant were picturesque, but what really made a difference was the staff. My partner was feeling a little bit ill the second day and the concierge (Dillon) went completely above and beyond to get multiple options of medication for her. Although he treated this favour as a simple act of kindness, this enhanced our experience exponentially and was indicative of the level of service received throughout the trip.
