My girlfriend and I stayed over for one night at the Hotel Grand Pacific in November. The rooms are quite large and spacious. We especially liked the fine details of the rooms which gave it a Victorian touch. While the room was great, the bathroom could have used an upgrade, including tub, sink and toilet. Other than that, the hotel...

High quality hotel with lovely staff. The staff started impressing before I even arrived. Calling ahead to ask questions on room and spa information the staff was very friendly on the phone. The rooms were lovely and fairly standard. No frills, but lovely nonetheless. Having access to the athletic club was a very nice bonus and appreciated the service they...

King bed suite overlooking the city, a wonderful haven for leisure time. Excellent attention to detail and enthusiasm shown by the front desk staff. The pool area is exceptionally clean and well organized. Enjoyed the Spa for a Swedish Massage that was very nurturing. Lobby is elegant and a beautiful spot to watch people. The best location***, near to all...

I went with my husband on business in August 2016. I think the gentleman at the concierge desk name was Ian. He went above and beyond to help book a sunset cruise and steered me toward the best Whale watching tour. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was a great location too.

The room was clean & functional however quite dated. Unfortunately also when we stayed the electricity was out one night (a planned event we were only...

We had a wonderful couple of nights here in January. The rooms were large and comfortable, and nice modern bathrooms with super powerful showers. We were in a group of 10 and they managed to put us all on the same floor, only fault I found was the bar said it was open until midnight but was closed at 11:30....

The hotel is located very close to the tourist areas and all in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much. I plan to go back next...

The Hotel Grand Pacific is a good location for a getaway weekend, central to the Victoria waterfront and the ferry docks. We really appreciated the (very!) early check in after we disembarked the Clipper at 11am. Our room was pleasantly decorated, but could use a little style refresh. The bed was much too hard for our taste, and the "city...
