From driving your vehicle up to the valet, to the personnel at the front desk, the friendly professionalism of this staff begins and continues throughout your stay. A wonderful location with super comfy beds and clean updated suites. Would definitely recommend to all!

I stayed here as part of a conference I was attending. I loved the location in downtown Victoria, right across from the water. The room was very comfortable with lots of pillows! They served some cookies as part of our refreshment breaks at our conference that I am still thinking about (the protein cookies and the chocolate hazelnut cookies). So...

Beautiful yet dated hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. For some reason the heat roared on at 3am bringing the room temperature above 25... Also, the restaurant needs some serious work. $22 for a horrific breakfast buffet made me angry.

We used the pool every night. It's a really big pool with lots of space for everyone to have fun. The hotel room was also good and spacious. We had a pretty good view on the 10th floor. We could see the Empress, the Royal BC Museum, part of the Legislature buildings, the water and had a small balcony too....

The lobby is incredible, it is so clean and classy. The rooms were pristine and we were even upgraded to a better room with the cutest little deck. The beds were...

Couldn't ask for a better location in Victoria. Lovely room with a great view (we were on the harbour side). Polite and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant. Will be staying there again next time we visit Victoria.

We booked this hotel as a weekend getaway via BC Ferries vacations. The hotel looks very impressive, new on the outside, and is perfectly situated in downtown Victoria close to the BC Legislature and the Port Angeles ferry. You can walk to almost anywhere in downtown Victoria in less than 20 minutes. The hotel interior has a grandeur to it...

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for taking the time to post a review of your stay with us. I'm so glad to hear that we were able to upgrade you to a room with a lovely view of Victoria. The smoked salmon that is part of our breakfast buffet at The Pacific Restaurant is a favourite with our guests,...

Over twenty years ago my daughter and I stayed at this hotel when it was The Clarion. We had very special memories of that stay, so when we were planning a trip to celebrate her return to BC, we decided to create some new memories at the Hotel Grand Pacific. Because it was a special trip, we treated ourselves to...
