We took the ferry from Port Angeles to Victoria. The hotel is across the street from the ferry dock. We arrived in the morning and our room wasn't ready but they offered to check our bags so we could explore the city. We got a great room with a little covered terrace facing the inner harbor. The room was large,...

We've stayed here a few times now and have always enjoyed our stay. Perfect location - right beside parliament buildings and at the harbour. Walking distance to everything in downtown Victoria. We never ate at the restaurants this time, but have in the past. We did go for a 90 min. massage at the spa and it was wonderful. It's...

the hotel grand pacific is a wonderful hotel. our king-bed room was spacious and with plenty of places for coats and clothes. there was a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and kettle in our room with free wifi. our rate also included free self-parking. also the location is fabulous, adjacent to the provincial legislative building.

We stayed here for 3 nights the week after Christmas. The room and bathroom were clean, but the bathroom was oddly a jack-n-jill style with two doors, which there was hardly room for. It was nice to see the lights of parliament and downtown from our room. The kids loved the pool facility, though it is an athletic club so...

We had our 30 year wedding anniversary, we spent only one night. Booked on-line. It was very pleasant stay, people very nice, from reception to restaurant. We got there early, but our room was ready, shortly after we checked in. Room had a nice view, clean, comfy. We would stay there again.

From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave this hotel tracks you. Tracking is when the staff learn you name, place you in your favourite seat in the Dining Lounge, have your car ready and running at the front door when you want it vs. when they care to do it. As a veteran hotel traveler I've only...
