We booked out stay and the day we were supposed to start our vacation my wife became sick and was unable to travel. I called the hotel to cancel our stay and they said they had to charge us for 1 nights stay regardless of the circumstances.

Wonderful stay in Victoria. Hotel was very short walk to harbour and downtown area. Super clean hotel, great parking, great breakfast and best coffee in lobby all day. We were able to leave our vehicle in parkade and walk everywhere. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast room staff were fabulous as ensured the hot items always fresh, and room was very clean and organized, We felt very safe staying here.

We stay at the BW Inner Harbour Victoria at least twice a year. It feels like home to us. We love the location. Breakfast is included. Staff are great. The hotel has a parking garage which there is a daily charge for. Restaurants, groceries and other shopping within walking distance. Very close to the harbour.

Excellent location at the inner harbour and close to shopping, restaurants etc.. Comfortable and well maintained hotel. Excellent breakfast, lots of variety, hot and delicious. No complaints as everything was excellent. Will definately recommend to others.

As a local my stay in Victoria was based on access to the area. The Inner Harbour Plus met my needs and is familiar to me. My room was spacious, with two balconies! Too bad the weather was unseasonably cold. I would have breakfasted on one balcony and had dinner on the other. It is unfortunate plate ware and pots are locked up, only accessed for a fee. In a time of environmental awareness this is unacceptable.Fortunately cutlery, mugs and a kettle were accessible. I do have one complaint that was not satisfactorily dealt with - I was not provided with the local price per night, nor did I know of the option, because I reserved through the BW site. So BW does not promote local BW? When I asked about it I was told ‘next time you will know’. Rather disappointing. At the end of the day though I was happy I had a nearby room that was comfortable and not excessively expensive.…

This hotel is very well located at Victoria's Inner Harbor. The front desk people were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Comfortable room and beds. Reasonably priced for a popular tourist area, especially in comparison to other hotels in the area.

A modern, comfortable hotel in a great location, close to the harbour front, and a variety of restaurants and pubs. The breakfast offered was very good, with a wide selection of food and drink. We have stayed here in the past and will do so again.

I had a room overlooking the harbour. The view was great. There was a small kitchenette. Very Suitable for a longer stay. The room was quite large with plenty of space for a small gathering. I would recommend staying here when in Victoria.

The proximity to the harbour and walking distance to many things is a huge plus. It was clean, but needs to be updated (Circa 2000 Reno?). I haven’t seen a phone the style in our room in a decade. The outdoor pool was closed and the hot tub was nice but small. The morning breakfast was really good. It was nice to have a small kitchenette but we didn’t use it.
