Very nice older Hotel. Bit dated in room appearance such as bathroom where if you’re over 6 foot tall you don’t get much mirror lol…older small bath tub etc., but overall the rooms were spacious and clean, beds comfortable and staff was great. We did have cable problems with our TVs. Despite the maintenance man’s best effort it could not to rectified…however the manager removed our parking charges in lieu of to which we were satisfied. I should add we were offered another room but declined as we were at the end of our stay. Very friendly and pleasant staff too…would stay here again.

We went to this hotel with high expectations. Pros Good front desk Clean and quiet Good housekeeping Good location close to shops and restaurants. Try vista 18 it was very pleasant. Cons One bedroom setup poor. One bed in bedroom and one in the kitchen. Bed in bedroom was way too soft Pet friendly if you have allergies It was good but the doubletree across the street was nicer.

I had easily the best time at the Château. I was lucky enough to stay on a newly renovated floor. It was Bright, open and comfortable. Most of all the service was impeccable. Both at the restaurant and at the front desk, the front door, the shuttle, everyone was delightful, interested and supportive.

The room was a one bedroom suite (two queen size mattresses). Marvelous view from the 15th floor of the harbor and surrounding downtown Victoria. The room was very quiet, no hallway noise heard at all. The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable, no aches or pains upon waking! The roof top restaurant's breakfast was excellent - everything was freshly made- jam, fresh orange juice, even the ketchup. The front desk staff were helpful and attentive. There was a coffee service, fridge, microwave in the room. Bow dryer, iron and ironing board if needed.

Great stay! Spacious suite, very clean and had a tv in the bedroom as well as the living room. Incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. Very satisfied! The front desk attendant and manager were very friendly and accommodating.

Our family had the pleasure of staying at the Chateau Victoria over the Christmas holidays and we could not have had a better time. The hotel was cheerfully decorated for Xmas with hot apple cider available for guests in the lobby as well as cookies and hot chocolate on Xmas day along with movies for the children. But what made our stay so magical was the hotel staff. Each and every person we encountered were both professional and so friendly. From the cheery greetings by the front desk staff, the excellent service in the vista 18 restaurant to the lovely ladies in housekeeping all were amazing people. Even our 14 year old border collie was greeted with treats and special attention. Hats off to all of you. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Wonderful hotel! Rooms are spacious and spotless. Staff are super friendly and professional. Clives Lounge makes fabulous cocktails and snacks and the Vista 18 is a wonderful dining experience. We had a blast today! The room is clean and neat. I do not find any foul smell or hair strands in the room. The view is stunning from Penthouse and it is a great experience for us. All the staff is very accommodating. If you are looking for one of the best spots downtown areas, Chateau Victoria is the perfect place for celebrating any special occasion. I highly recommend their manager Sougath and guest service agent Jason for the extra mile for their great customer service. This property is known for its restaurant,” Vista 18” a perfect combination for your staycation. The restaurant offers brunch and dinner - you’ll get a mouthwatering experience for the meal options. Look for server Scott and their manager Alex, their tandem will help you with the best recommendation. They will help you, with your extra request. And there’s more, You can purchase Chateau Victoria signature wash, shampoo, conditioner and sanitizer. Valued for money and worth to experience. Overall, you’ll be coming back again for sure.…

Excellent service from every person we encountered! The staff could not do enough for us! We will ALWAYS stay there! Lovely touch having the shuttle for short distances . Room and bathroom impeccably clean although the decor could use a facelift with brighter colours and more lamps! It is a wonderful hotel!

The front desk staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. The room was modern and clean. We had a very comfortable king bed with quality bedding. The towels were fluffy and we had plenty for our use. We took advantage of their restaurant, pool and hot tub. Everything was top tier. We had a great 4 night stay and will be back.
