We've been staying at Rialto since 2011. We go there every chance we get. The customer service is friendly and welcoming and the hotel is beautiful. It has much more charm and personality than a higher end hotel. It's just a few dollars to upgrade your room. The breakfast and tapas perks are a treat as well. You won't be...

We loved everything about this cute boutique hotel. Staff, room, location, tapa bar, coffee cafe, etc. This is our new favorite hotel in Victoria and we will be back to see you again in the near future.

Our second time in Victoria and our second time at the Rialto. We were very pleased to see that the staff and management of the Rialto maintain a high standard of service and courtesy. Immaculate. Only had breakfast during our two day stay and can only say that the breakfast and dining room service was most enjoyable. A pleasure to...

Excellent hotel, staff, room, and food!! We were checked in by Maureen and were offered a great upgrade to include an adjoining room, so our family of 5 had two bathrooms, 2 queen beds, and a sleeper sofa. We were given certificates for free cheese plates in the hotel lounge and free drinks and pastries in the cafe. Maureen arranged...

This small hotel is close to China town but within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the harbor. The staff is excellent and the tapas bar and restaurant serve excellent fare at reasonable prices. The breakfast too is not the usual run of the mill offerings. We will definitely make this our hotel of choice.

Agree with other reviewers: clean, recently refurbished and pleasant, very comfortable rooms, discount on breakfast in their cafe, and above all very, very accommodating and pleasant staff. Recommended.

Loved this place! Excellent, friendly service, beautifully appointed rooms, clean and comfortable with wonderful views, not to mention the bathrobes! The main floor café serves great coffee with lovely pastries, which are included in your stay. Or you can order from the breakfast menu at a discount. There's even a wine and beer store in the hotel for some great...

Great little boutique hotel in the heart of the action in downtown Victoria. We have stayed at the Marriott in the past and decided to try something different. We will not be going back to Marriott any time soon. Service is very, very good and the restaurant serves great food. Rooms are clean with nice comfortable beds and linens. Chapters...

From the greeting to the exit this was a wonderful stay. The staff are very warm and friendly. The room was so comfy and spotless. The location is just wonderful. The food in the dining room was a great deal for the money. The hotel is charming. I would definitely stay here again.

This is an all round very good hotel. The location is great- close to downtown harbour area, Chinatown and walk about gives you a feel of the city- Government street was lovely to walk along. Staff on reception were all very helpful at all times- always looked up whenever you approached the desk, which to me is very important- restaurant...
