Absolutely excellent hotel, lovely breakfast provided. We loved our room, the balcony and view were amazing. The beds were super comfortable, great kitchen and lovely lounge for relaxing. We didn't want to leave. Would definitely stay there again. The hotel was having renovations done during our stay, however we were advised of this at the time of booking, and again...

The Victoria Regent Hotel is situated overlooking the harbour. The one bedroomed suite we stayed in was much larger than we anticipated and enjoyed a full view of the harbour so it was a joy to sit on the balcony. Also this apartment had a full kitchen so it was fun to buy the local produce and cook a couple...

The suites are generous and very well equipped. The location is right on the harbour and right by the old town shopping precinct with boutiques and The Bay.Breakfast was disappointing but with shops nearby and a full kitchen self catering was easily accomplished with better views. Delightful watching busy harbour and easy access to harbour walk.

Our waterfront location is a big part of our attraction for our guests. Being able to leave your car behind and walk to some of the best shops and restaurants in Victoria makes holidaying all that much more fun! Our 25 item free breakfast buffet is usually a hit with our guests, we’d be glad to hear about any specific...

Our experience at this hotel was very good. We actually ended up with a suite! It had a living room withTV, a dining area, a small kitchen and bedroom with 2 queen beds. And the views!, There was a balcony off the living room and a balcony off the bedroom and both overlooked the harbour. Gorgeous! The hotel was ungoing...

We stayed here for three nights in August and were delighted by the company and spaciousness of the rooms. We had a two bedroom suite which had one king-size bed very comfortable with ensuite and the second room with two queen size beds and an ensuite. There was a generous size living room dining area and kitchen and balcony overlooking...

Huge suite with little balcony overlooking harbor. Nice amenities in bath. Staff helpful and friendly. Walked to lots of restaurants and museums. Construction didn't really impact our visit as we were out during the day.

We have ensured that our renewal project effects our guests as little as possible, and that only part of the hotel is being worked on at any one time. Hearing that you still were able to enjoy your stay fully is valuable feedback and we hope to see you again sometime soon.

Great view, exceptional staff, perfect location, beautiful city! We visited during the renovation but it,in no way, deterred from a memorable trip. We highly recommend the hotel and plan to return again.

We arrived fresh off the West Coast Trail extremely smelly and dirty The staff went above and beyond making us feel welcomed and comfortable. The views from the rooms breath taking - loved sitting on the balconies over looking the harbor

This hotel is on the harbor and we had a lovely view. It was spacious but needed upgrading. The location to everything was perfect. But because it doesn't have AC, we were miserable. Go in the spring or fall only!

We thank you for staying with us at the Victoria Regent. Our City View rooms, that do not face the water have individual air conditioning units in them. However, our suites that face the water, have multiple sliding doors and windows that open so the unit can be naturally cooled by the ocean breeze. These breezes are complimented by fans...
